Study On Resource Sharing And Integration Of Production And City Of University City

Since the 1990s,the university city has gradually developed into a major school system of our higher education.As the carrier with aggregation of colleges,university city shows the combined effect of higher education industrial clusters.Its effect is the enhanced quality of education brought about by sharing educational resources and urban space development and industrial upgrading brought by university city's combination of production,study and research.Integration of production and the city is the higher requirements proposed to the university city on the basis of sharing of resources.This article makes in-depth research and analysis on two key issues of university city-resource sharing and the integration of production and the city based on the current development of present university city,explores ways to achieve resource sharing and the integration of production and the city and puts forward proposals to promote the university city to change into science city.After a decade of building,Fuzhou University has developed into a certain scale,but on the sharing of resources and industrial development,there still exist many issues such as uneven sharing and getting rid from industrial development,which limiting its gathering and the leading role as the core of a new urban area;therefore,it is necessary to analyze the functional layout and spatial structure and study the optimization strategy and adjustment techniques.This paper starts from research of university city,the sharing of resources and and integration of production and a city and uses the related theory of industrial clusters to analyze the status of resource sharing of university city and its influence on urban industrial development of the area where the university city is;it uses comparison analysis method to analyze development differences of domestic and foreign university cities to extract the successful experience we can learn from;it adopts progressive analysis method to explore relevance and scalability of the sharing of resources and integration of production and the city,and puts forward proposals for the university city to restructure to science city in the new era.Firstly,the author defines the concept of the study object,combines related theories about the university town gathering and makes analysis on industry cluster in the university town and its cluster effect to lay a foundation for study about core issues of resources sharing and production and city fusion of university town;secondly,through learning from the development case at home and abroad about the sharing of resources of university city,and combined with the analysis of the shared area planning,it makes systematical study about the university city's resources sharing,sharing mode and sharing carrier and raises solutions and suggestions for problems of resource sharing of the university city;thirdly,starting from resource sharing research of the university city,combined with the development trend of the university city in the new area,based on from the development concept of "integration of production and the city",and from the comparative analysis of the case and its enlightenment experience at home and abroad,it makes systematic conclusion of development model of integration of the production and the city and its principles,and explores issues about university city and urban center area to strengthen mutual ties of functional complementation,industrial extension and population transfer;finally,with Fuzhou University City as the research object,it systematically sorts and classifies the key issue in terms of resource sharing and integration of production and the city,proposes key technology strategy about city-based resource-sharing shared area flexible space structure optimization in Fuzhou University City,and technology strategies and recommendations based on integration of production and the city for promotion of Fuzhou University City university park and the surrounding area of Haixi High-tech Park to achieve "science,industry and city" linked structural layout and function spatial location and function relationship to promote the Fuzhou University City to achieve transformation into resource sharing Science City with linkage of "production,learning,research and the city".
