Family is the main places of ideological and moral education, it is foundation and supplies of moral education in schools and moral education in society. Moral education in family plays an important role in cultivating students’moral character and shaping students’personality, because it has incomparable advantages in moral education; it has characteristics of early stage, heritage, authority, long-term. More than ten years of the layout and adjustment of rural school in China promotes the development of basic education in the vast rural areas and benefits to comprehensive rural children. It also cause new problem for moral education in family.This paper based on previous research on family moral education, and took Y junior high school of R Country in Zhejiang Province as the object of study. Through the investigation and interview of the students, parents and teachers, I analyzed the status of family moral education, then revealed the changes and issues in current rural household after the layout and adjustment of rural school. Problems mainly appeared in:the absence of family education and kinship; the weaken radiation of family moral education; the deviation of family moral concepts; the digestion of moral education between families and schools. A systematic analysis of these problems of family moral education, You can find these problems mainly due to the complexity of moral education environment; deviation of parents’ education concept; desalination of the parent-child relationship; departure of rural schools.In order to eliminate the negative impact of moral education from the layout and adjustment of rural schools, to reshape the status of family moral education, and to give full play to the fundamental role of family moral education.This paper proposed implementation methods from the following four aspects. Firstly, parents should enhance the cultural quality and raise ability of family moral education. Secondly, parents should change their moral education concepts and create favorable moral environment. Thirdly, families and schools strengthen communication to enhance moral force between them. Fourthly, the government should optimize the school circumjacent environment and construct civilized local custom.
