The deep development of Democratic Education promotes educators to put more attention to the educational research of teachers.The humanization appeals for the research focus from teachers’education and expertise only to the perceptual study of teachers. And treat teachers as humans who are the combination of fresh and spirit. Envisaging teachers’emotion is calling.Teachers’cognition of their negative emotion can help teachers to build a series of expression rulers of negative emotions and can strengthen teachers’sense of identity and their satisfaction.This paper adopt qualitative research methods to describe and show the negative emotional experiences of a primary Chinese teacher and headmaster in the school situation, thus in an effort to summarize the negative expression discipline of the teacher. The research mainly includes the following parts:The first part is introduction. This part mainly explains the background of the research, the aims and meanings of the research,the definitions of relevant core concepts. Teasing the current researches of teachers’emotion, the paper introduces the concrete research methods and the process of the research activity.The second part is the main part of the whole paper. Through analyzing and teasing the already had research materials, the research expands from four parts namely students, patriarch, colleagues and leaders,impersonally display Miss Li’s negative motional experience in the school situation. The main negative emotional experiences towards students includes:unhappiness, anger, hopelessness helplessness, self-accusation and so on. The main negative emotional experiences towards parents includes:anger,dissatisfaction, helplessness and so on. The negative emotional experiences towards colleagues is dissatisfaction.The main negative emotional experiences about the leaders are dissatisfaction toward their unfairness and the doubt about their ability.In the third part, the paper will analyze and conclude how Miss Li display her negative emotion in connection with students.patriarch, colleagues and leaders. The expression rules of negative experiences towards students are divided into two parts,namely weaken the experiences in class and directly express the feeling after class; weaken the experiences from the gentle and quiet students and directly express the feeling from outgoing students. The rules to the negative feeling from the parents are divided into three parts:giving up the education responsibility—complain; finding troubles—indifference; caviling—fight for her status; The rules to the negative feeling from the colleagues are absence of educational responsibility—plead with tactful words to rebuke; breaking the promise-eat humble pie. The rules to the negative feeling from the leaders are mainly acting blindly—complain or argue; discrimination—bear to argue.In the fourth part,the paper will explore and analyze the forming routes of Miss Li’s negative emotion expression rules from personality factors, educational concepts, pre-career education, others’indirect experience and personal direct experience.The fifth part is the reflection and outlook of the research.Reflect the choose of the sample, the interviewing method and the moral ethic of the research and put forward the outlook in accordance.The sixth part is the conclusion. Through the real reappear of Miss Li’s negative emotion experience, the research analyzes and concludes her negative emotion expression display,and place some expectations from a educator’s view.
