| After each new child leaves home and comes to the kindergarten,children need to adjust their emotions and feelings in time to adapt to the new life when the environment,interpersonal relationship and social rules change.At the same time,the pre-school period is the key period of children’s emotional development,and good emotional experience can promote the level of social communication.The guide for learning and development of children aged 3-6 puts forward that "let children form positive and stable emotions,and help them learn to properly express and regulate their own emotions".So this study is to explore children into the garden with teachers’ adaptation problems and negative emotion performance,by looking at A garden children into the garden with teachers’ adaptation of negative emotions,dealing with the problems existing in the process of analysis of teachers,explore the many factors that affect teachers to cope with,put forward teacher to respond effectively to the children in the adaptation of negative emotion education strategy and the suggestion,in order to promote the development of children’s physical and mental health,for teachers to effectively ease the children in the adaptation negative emotions provide theoretical guidance.In this study,101 Preschool Teachers and 101 preschool teachers in two small classes of a kindergarten in Tianshui were selected as the research subjects,using the methods of qualitative and quantitative research,non-participatory observation,interview and questionnaire survey,this paper probes into the teachers’ response to the negative emotions of small class children in the period of kindergarten adaptation,analyzes the advantages and problems of the present situation,and puts forward some educational strategies for teachers to deal with the negative emotions of small class children in the period of kindergarten adaptation.According to the research results,most teachers can actively and effectively deal with children’s emotions,but there are some problems in practical coping.Overuse of neglect strategy,teachers lack of positive,active awareness of coping;There are differences in teachers’ response attitude,and the negative phenomenon is universal.The main reasons for the existence of these problems include teachers’ insufficientunderstanding of children’s negative emotions in the adaptation period,their own weak emotional regulation ability,some teachers’ negative coping attitude,the difference of children’s negative emotional expression and the influence of children’s activity types.In view of these problems,the researchers put forward three strategies for teachers to effectively deal with the negative emotions of children in the adaptation period,namely encouraging supportive strategies,enhancing children’s empathy strategies and home-based cooperation strategies. |
