Study On Evaluation Of The Internal Balanced Development Of Population In Henan Province

China, which is a developing country with the largest population in the world, is different with many developed countries in demographic transition. It only took half a century to turn high rate of birth, mortality and growth into low rate of birth, mortality and growth. After rapidly achieving the historic transformation, the prospect of Chinese population development attracts extensive attention. On one hand, Chinese population quality remains to be further improved and population size still is problem which must be faced in the process of population development. On the other hand, the population structure will challenge society and economy in the future.In the special period which Chinese Population development states, it is very important to propose the balanced development of population. Balanced development of population includes two aspects:the internal equilibrium and the external. It shows each component of population system matches, depends and coordinates with the other. The Balanced development of population theory is not a new concept but an extension of the resource-conserving&environmental-friendly society theory. And so it needs more research and discuss. As an important aspect of the balanced development of population, the internal balanced development of population deserves more studying about it. And it is helpful to achieve resource-conserving&environmental-friendly&population-balanced society.The paper, which is based the balanced development of population theory, is used comprehensive evaluation method as a theoretical tool. Firstly, the writer introduce the research background and current situation at domestic and abroad. Secondly, on the basis of researching the balanced development of population, the writer defines the internal balanced development of population. The main part of the paper is using of relevant statistical data about population to analyze population quality, population size and population structure in Henan province. And then, by constructing an indicator system of the internal development of the population, the writer evaluates the level of internal population development in Henan Province and the level of coordination between population quality and population size population structure. And thus the writer studies the situation of internal balanced development of population development in Henan Province.This paper mainly consists of five parts. In the first part, it is mainly about the background of the research. Though studying the change of population development in China and the adjustment of the one-child policy in China, the writer summarizes the relevant research of the internal balanced development of population. This part is also the basic of the paper. The second part is the theoretical basis for this paper. It is introduced the connotation of the internal balanced development of population, and then studying the origin of the theory of balanced development of the population in detail. In the third part, this paper studies the practice of analyzing the content. According to the statistical data collected from a variety of sources, the writer analyses the internal population development of Henan province from the aspect of population size and population quality and population structure in detail. In order to establish a perfect index system of internal population development, the writer should try to be more justified in this part. In the fourth part, through the study of the third part and the relevant research of evaluation of population development, the writer constructs the index system of internal population development. And then evaluates the internal population development of Henan province from2005to2012. In the Fifth part, in the study of above part, the writer summarizes the situation of Henan province in the internal balanced development of population. And then the writer makes suggestions on promoting population developing balance.
