According to philosophical theory of success,it is glede and snail that can touchthe peak of pyramid.The glede can reach the top of the pyramid because of its strongwings while can reach it through consistent efforts. However, as for universityteachers, how can become college academic leaders or Talented people in commandstroops on the subjects? Furthermore, what factors improve and hinder his growth pathdespite of his efforts and endeavor? And this papers will explore those questions.Study on College Academic Leaders’ growth is a complicated system because theyare influenced by many factors. College Academic Leaders as Talented people incommands on troops on subjects talents team construction have something Incommon on growth factors with common talents. Although they have some common,but they are different from common talents. This is because that College AcademicLeaders’ special growth makes him can reach the height of his field. Reach onTalents growth factors In the past proved that people’s growth factors have theflowing factor. For example, N.A.Kaiipob put forward genetic, environmental andeducational "Three Factors" theories. Professor Wang Yizhi and other people pointout that people’s growth are just the combination of Natural factors, interior factorsand exterior factors. Professor Ye zhong hai put forward talent growth ‘Thecomprehensive effect theory’ and analyzed the basis and condition of talent growthfrom the inside to the outside. Setting from intellectual factors and nonintellectualfactors as interior factors,some other scholar discussed exterior factors influencingtalent growth through three relationships: scientific development and technicalprogress, social requires and industrial requires, environmental supports andenvironmental restricts. They expressed their own opinions while analyzing talentsgrowth factors, but they neglect that talent growth is dynamic and long progress andthey also neglect talents growth environmental system. Some factors putting forwardby some people are wide and vague and these factors lacked of original analysis totalent growths. However, some people discussed talents growth in details but lackedof macroscopic view. This paper dig out the growth factors from systematic ways.Many factors influence College Academic Leaders growth factors and academic circledefined most of the factors, but they always neglect some are indefinable factorswhich really exits. These factors which are neglected by people are the keys deciding whether people will become a talent or not and the same time the factors makestalents come into chaos phenomenon. So this paper put all the factor which mayinfluence talent growth path into the system and try to analyze College AcademicLeaders’ systematic principle and solve the mystery of College Academic Leader’sgrowth. This paper will also initially discuss the factors influencing them by analyzingCollege Academic Leaders’ present situation. And then the paper will classify thefactors which influenced College Academic Leaders from The micro, meso and macroby classifying documents and consulting experts as well as classifying documentswhich influence College Academic Leaders.These factors mainly includeOccupational belief, occupational competence,The personal physique, familyenvironment, working environment, policy environment, economic environment andsocial environment.And then the paper will subdivide these factors and make ainfluential factors table on forming College Academic Leaders and it will also find thekey influential factors explaining all the factors through experimental analyzing.These keys factors include thirteen factors and they are subjects construction ability,innovation ability, studying ability, Occupational belief, scientific research ability,gender and age difference, educating new students ability, family environment,working environment,school difference, policy environment,economic environmentand social environment. It will make College Academic Leaders live and grow in agood environment and promote education subjects in a better and faster way bybuilding College Academic Leaders’ growth path through the relations among thefactor from self-organization, Heter-organization and diversification as well as byoptimizing growth path on the basis of present College Academic Leaders’ growthsituation.
