Research On The Ecological Environment In Which The Universities For Nationalities Academic Leaders' Growth

With the accelerated process of higher education and the continuous improvement of the level of internationalization of higher education,Universities for Nationalities are facing unprecedented challenges in the competition of higher education.Implementing the strategy of strengthening schools with talents,and promoting the growth of academic leaders is the key to promote the Universities for Nationalities' connotation development.A good academic environment is the basis for the development of academic leaders in Universities for Nationalities.It is particularly important for the sustainable development of the academic leaders and Universities for Nationalities.In order to create an ecological environment that academic leaders can doing their best,we could use the ecological theory of human development,systematically analyzes the interaction between the growth process of academic leaders and the ecological environment situation.In this way we could look for direction,clear path and seek countermeasure the building of academic leaders' team.The Universities for Nationalities' academic leaders is defined as the high level experts and scholars who having a deep academic attainment,an active academic thinking,great academic achievement in a special research direction and recognized by the domestic and foreign academic counterparts.And they are someone who has the capabilities to lead the forefront of academic development,to grasp the development trends of the subject which can match the development direction of disciplines in Universities for Nationalities,and to cluster advantages,create characteristic,play a leading role in the disciplines construction of Universities for Nationalities.The ecological environment of their growth can be divided into four levels: macrosystem,exosystem,mesosystem and microsystem.Can be found through field investigation,the academic leaders in a southern Universities for Nationalities are facing the ecological predicament including: the university scientific research environment which the academic research atmosphere need to purify,the external system environment which the interference and resistance need to be weaken,the organizational culture environment which internal governance structure needs improvement and the academic ecological environment which organic structure needs to be optimized.Investigate its reason,the value idea that hinders the academic culture atmosphere,the improving external factors,the reforming organizational culture environment and subject construction which is not conducive to the growth of academic leaders are the common causes.In order to break the long-standing problem of the growth of academic leaders,the Universities for Nationalities should carry out work based on the school talent work experience,adhere to the people-oriented,uesfull and systematic principle,correctly handle the growth process of subject leaders in related to the talent introduction and subsequent management,competitive advantage and comparative advantage,national horizon and international perspective and several pairs of relations.Analyzing the growth of academic leaders from macro system,we suggest that we set up the correct academic value orientation while making good use of the preferential policies;Starting from the external system,we suggest using the law of the force to prominent the national characteristics,and go back to the essence of the university;Starting from the medium,We propose to build a harmonious organization atmosphere of national institutions by improving the interpersonal relationship and the construction of the system.Starting from the micro system,We propose to build a discipline development platform for the development of academic leaders.In this way,we could promote the growth of Universities for Nationalities' academic leaders by creating a ecological environment that academic leaders can doing their best.
