Since the reform and opening up, China’s vigorous development of education, is undergoing greatchanges. Non-academic education, as a complement and promote academic education, have emerged andplayed a pivotal role in our country’s educational career. Nowadays, with the development of our economy,as well as the increasing needs for elites in our society, English training institution has been emerged inlarge numbers. However, English is attracting more and more attention as the worlds most popular andessential communication tool. And that brings us the hot English training market. A large numbers ofEnglish training school is apparently facing a great challenge alongside of the severely competition andrapidly changes in the English training market. It has been becoming a hard nut to crack for Englishtraining schools to maintain a healthy and sustainable development by improving teaching effects、updatingpractical and appropriate course、exploring effective enrollment methods、stabilizing good teachers as wellas intensifying the school culture construction.This essay aims to look for better solution of coping with the current problems in the English trainingmarket and offer author’s pygmy effort to maintain the sustainable development of private non-academiceducation through the analysis of previous tracking numbers and data of more than10English trainingschools in Zhen Zhou.This essay include5parts:At first, research background, methodology and literature review will be introduced.Second, define the basic concepts of English education and training institutions; explain the function,the meaning of existence and development process of English education and training institutions in China.Third, this part study on the current status of English training school by using questionnaire surveyand face-to-face interview, the author systemic analysis the information with these above research data andresults.Fourth, through the analysis of the survey data and results, tap the causes behind the phenomenon,identify the source of the problem from analyzing the product, teachers, enrollment, management, policyand other aspects, and strive to capture the essence of the problem in order to seek solutions of the problem Fifth, find out the solutions to deal with current problems of English education and traininginstitutions. Binding on the part of the attribution of the problem analysis, combined with management caseof several English education and training institutions in Zhengzhou from multiple angles, such as teachersstudents and the whole society, giving the targeted response options to solve the current difficulties.
