Sexual harassment of workplace is the behavior that harmer against the victim will, uses themethod of threats or injury, and damage to the victim’s physical and mental health in the organizationalenvironment. Recent years, the studies of negative behavior in the workplace are more and more attentionfrom scholars. As one of negative workplace behavior, the workplace sexual harassment caused visible orinvisible loss to employees’physical and mental health in the organization.This research adopts literature review, questionnaires and other research methods to discuss thecontent structure of workplace sexual harassment. And through exploratory factor analysis, confirmatoryfactor analysis, structural equation model, regression analysis and other statistical methods, workplaceemployees are studied. Come to a conclusion as follows:First, To develop the Sexual Experiences Questionnaire in Workplace(SEQ-W) which fits toChina’s national condition, and test its reliability and validity. According to the theory, combined withinterviews and open-ended questionnaires, testing452selected employees by convenient sampling method,with item analysis, exploratory factor analysis(EFA)(n=209), and confirmatory factoranalysis(CFA)(n=243).The scale had3dimensions, consisting of15items, named verbal harassment,behavior harassment and sexual coercion respectively, the project quality, reliability and validity of theSexual Experiences Questionnaire in Workplace meet the basic requirements of psychometrics.Second, the studies of sexual harassment in the workplace to the effects of relevant variables findthat sexual harassment in the workplace have significant positive prediction function to employees quitintention and significant negative prediction function to psychological security.Third, the research of power distance and psychological security have influence on sexualharassment in the workplace. Power distance have moderating effect between sexual harassment in theworkplace and quit intention or psychological security. Based on this, Power distance is able to adjust therelationship between the workplace sexual harassment and turnover intention by the psychological securitymediation role. At last, the model of mediated moderation was built.Four, discussion of the demographical variables have the significant effects on the dimensions of sexual harassment in the workplace. The demographical variables included sex, marital status, age, years ofworking, educational level, profession, job gender context. It was found that the demographical variableshad some significant effects on the dimensions of sexual harassment in the workplace.In the end, the research discussed the innovations, current limitations and future researchorientation.
