For nearly three decades, due to the continuous improvement of the level ofsocial and economic life, generally prolong the life of the world’s population. SinceChina has entered the aging society, the rapid growth of the elderly population ratiohas reached25%of China’s total population, and this trend will continue to grow inthe coming decades. Therefore, physical and mental health as well as all aspects oflife in older age groups is more and more concerned about global experts and scholars, has been a research hotspot issues discussed. This thesis is the use of "elderly mental state examination," Symptom ChecklistSCL-90on the psychological status of170elderly Ganzhou survey conducted twostudies, including aerobics classes Ganzhou old university student, regular scripttrainees the elderly and community common purpose is through the mental healthfactors attended one semester Ganzhou old university sports curriculum aerobics classparticipants research, to understand the mental health status of the elderly, as well asolder college sports programs for the elderly important influence mental health arising.Mental state and aerobics class’ participants, SCL-90scores with the regular scripttrainees, community ordinary elderly comparison, the survey results are as follows:1Aerobics class’ students learn through a semester system, its self-esteem,coordination and response to the three dimensions of satisfaction and happiness scoreshave greatly improved, and the mental state exists very significant difference (p<0.01), Compare existence and regular script classes, community mental state of eachdimension of ordinary elderly significant difference (p <0.05).2Aerobics class’ students learn through a semester system, aerobics classes eachsemester participants factor SCL-90scores there is a very significant difference (p<0.01) compared with the beginning of the semester, the students aerobics classessemester factor SCL-90scores were lower than the regular script trainees andcommunity ordinary elderly, aerobics classes students SCL-90results with regularscript trainees of SCL-90in obsessive-compulsive disorder, interpersonal sensitivity, depression factor and total scores There was a significant difference (p <0.05).Aerobics classes semester SCL-90results and the general community, among otherfactors of the elderly was no significant difference, the remaining factor scores weresignificantly different (p <0.05). 3In Ganzhou old university student aerobics class’s basic information as theindependent variable, the psychological state of the elderly and a full score of eachdimension scores as the dependent variable, multivariate analysis of variance. Theresults showed that the students basic information on the total score of the scaleinteractions and main effects do not exist significant differences in degree ofhappiness and satisfaction scores of impact, there was a significant difference (p<0.05).4In Ganzhou old university student aerobics class’s basic information as theindependent variable, the elderly of SCL-90scores and full scale score as thedependent variable, multivariate analysis of variance showed that the students basicinformation on the scale of the total score interactions and main effects do not existsignificant differences. The gender factor scores for obsessive-compulsive disorder, aswell as occupational scores for interpersonal harmony degree of anxiety factor scoresignificant main effect, there is a significant difference (p <0.05).5Aerobics class’s to the psychological state of total student semester are dividedinto the dependent variable, SCL-90in the10factors as independent variables, multivariate regression analysis. The results show that there are seven dimensions ofmental state scores influential, and there was significant difference (p <0.05), theseseven dimensions are: depression, obsessive-compulsive symptoms, terror, anxiety, interpersonal sensitivity, and summarization, paranoid. Aerobics classes to studentssemester SCL-90total score of the dependent variable,"the elderly mental stateexamination" of self-esteem, coordination, and response to, the satisfaction of thethree dimensions of well-being as independent variables, multivariate regressionanalysis. The results show that these three dimensions affect SCL-90scores, and thereis a significant difference (p <0.05).The above results suggest that, in the process of improving the quality of life ofthe elderly in old age, to encourage older people to participate in sports programsrelated to older systems, develop their optimistic attitude towards life and improve thequality of life of older people, so that each elderly people lead a happy and healthyold age.
