Objective: to verify the W-E happiness scale and Chinese health questionnaire for feasibility model indicators of mental health factors of mental health evaluation of double master's study,understand the current situation of graduate physical exercise and psychological health status comparison of aerobic exercise on the effects of different health master students and put forward the prevention and intervention strategies new.Methods: ten universities in 1125 graduate students for cross-sectional survey,the measurement of the physical exercise behavior,exercise behavior,exercise motivation,selected W-E happiness scale,positive and negative affect scale and Chinese health questionnaire were positive and negative two mental health survey.Based on the four score method,the postgraduate group was divided into four healthy groups,namely,the completely healthy,the susceptible,the symptomatic,the satisfied,the totally ill,and 26,20 and 24 people in the latter three groups were selected for intervention study.Each group divided into experimental group and control group,experimental group subjects choose jogging,yoga or basketball according to personal preferences,to master different health groups for 8 weeks,3 times a week,every 40 minutes of aerobic exercise intervention,the control group without engaging in sports activities.After the intervention,the W-E happiness scale and the Chinese health questionnaire were used for the post test.Results:(1)the W-E happiness scale and Chinese health questionnaire for the model fit index indicators of mental health of two factors are in the reasonable range(x2/df=2.313,GFI=0.982,CFI=0.991,AGFI=0.952,NFI=0.984,TLI=0.983,RMSEA=0.063),the model fit better than single factor model of mental health;(2)male graduate students mainly choose running,basketball,badminton,table tennis,bicycles and football,while female graduate students mainly choose running,badminton,aerobics,table tennis and dance.There were significant differences between the postgraduate students of different sexes(P < 0.05).(3)the proportion of sports population of postgraduates is less than 20%,while that of postgraduates is 23% in the pre intention stage,57% in the intention stage,16% in the action stage and 4% in the adherence stage.(4)the intensity of exercise motivation for postgraduate students is from health to motivation,appearance motivation,pleasure motivation,skill motivation and social motivation.Exercise motivation is significantly correlated withexercise time,frequency and intensity(P < 0.01).(5)The postgraduate mental health dimensions of happiness scores from high to low is a positive psychological function,interpersonal satisfaction,positive emotion,negative emotion of each dimension average score from high to low is somatic symptoms,anxiety and worry and depression of different gender students master;there were significant differences in the overall the mental health level and various dimensions(P < 0.05);(6)The graduate group is completely healthy accounted for 45.8%(515 people),susceptible persons accounted for 25.2%(284),but the symptoms meet accounted for 10.2%(115 people)and completely sick accounted for 18.8%(211);(7)The susceptible,and fully meet the symptoms but the diseased before intervention in experiment group and control group,the level of mental health has homogeneity,in accordance with the statistical requirements;(8)The susceptible person after the intervention,the experimental group compared with control group,experimental group and negative emotional well-being were significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05),positive emotion,positive psychological function,interpersonal relationship satisfaction average scores were higher than the control group,somatization factor,anxiety and fear factor scores lower than the control group were significant(P < 0.05);improve the contrast before and after the intervention,the intervention in the experimental group after the total average happiness was very significant(P < 0.01),positive emotion,positive psychological function,interpersonal relationship satisfaction factor average scores were higher than before the intervention and reached the significant difference(P < 0.05),total scores of negative emotion and each factor scores were decreased,the control group total score and positive emotional well-being,positive psychological function and interpersonal satisfaction factor had an average score There was a decrease,but there was no significant difference(P > 0.05),and the negative psychological aspect was obviously aggravated(P<0.05).(9)I have symptoms but satisfy the intervention group compared with the control group,the experimental group was very significant negative psychological remission(P < 0.01),somatic symptoms,anxiety and worry,depression factor scores average score was significantly lower than the control group;Xin-fu sense changes little,no significant difference(P > 0.05);intervention before and after the intervention in the experimental group after the total score of negative emotion and somatic symptoms,anxiety and worry,depression factor scores were significantly decreased,reached the very significant difference(P < 0.01),positive psychology and the factors of average scores were slightly increased,but thechange is not obvious,there were not significant(P > 0.05)group,the total average dry prognosis negative emotion reached a very significant difference in control(P < 0.01),depression factor,somatization factor,anxiety and worry factor had lower average score But there was no significant difference(P > 0.05).(10)The completely diseased intervention group compared with the control group,experimental group,negative emotional well-being and the factors score significantly better than the control group,the total average happiness reached very significant level(P < 0.01),each factor has significant difference(P < 0.05);the total average score of negative psychological and physical symptoms factor,anxiety and worry factor,depression factor reached very significant difference(P < 0.01);contrast before and after the intervention,the intervention in the experimental group after the well-being total scores improved significantly,reached a very significant level(P<0.01);negative psychological relief is very significant(P < 0.01),somatic symptoms,depression factor,anxiety factor the average score of factor and worry is obviously better than before the intervention,the results showed very significant difference(P<0.01),the control group did not change significantly(P > 0.05).Conclusion: the model of mental health evaluation model of mental health factors in double graduate than single factor is more suitable for graduate,introducing two evaluation index of subjective well-being than traditional mental health evaluation method is more scientific and reasonable,suitable for graduate students mental health evaluation in different gender differences in students the choice of sports items inclination,postgraduate training status of the poor,the proportion of sports population is low and adhere to regular exercise number less,exercise motivation is stronger,the exercise frequency and time increasing,the exercise intensity will be greater;the graduate students of different gender differences in the overall mental health level and various dimensions,female happiness measurement was slightly higher than male,male negative psychological score better than women.Graduate student groups have someMental health problems,a higher proportion of susceptible persons and some graduate students have trend of morbidity or risk-after the aerobic exercise of the state of mental health of people is better than no regular physical exercise crowd-t e aerobic exercise intervention on the susceptible population happiness experience increased significantly,had the effect to relieve the negative psychological well-being of people did not intervene;there is a certain level of decline,negative psychologicalaspects have significantly increased trend-the aerobic exercise intervention on psychological symptoms have significant negative but satisfy its own ease,have a certain ability to alleviate the negative emotions;the aerobic exercise intervention to complete the well-being and negative psychological morbidity were significantly improved.Suggestions:(1)rational construction of test indexes and scientific evaluation of mental health;(2)regular psychological monitoring feedback,strengthen the physique to meet the standard test;(3)to set up sports elective courses and promote the concept of health sports.(4)strengthening the construction of sports associations and
