| The Ministry of Education issued the Guidelines on Mental Health Education for primary and secondary schools in 2002 and revised them in 2012 after 10 years of implementation.In order to implement the spirit of the new Outline and further promote the mental health education in primary and secondary schools,the Ministry of Education issued the Notice on the Implementation of the Competitive Plan for Special Schools of Mental Health Education in Primary and Secondary Schools in 2014,in order to set up a number of advanced models and play a leading role.The first batch of 205 schools featuring mental health education was selected in 2015,and the second batch of 209 schools were selected in 2017.When the second batch of special schools was announced,the third batch of competition was planned to start,but it was not implemented as scheduled.Two batches of 414 national “Primary and Secondary Mental Health Education Characteristic Schools” after five to seven years of construction,how effective? What is the feature? Can their creation experience provide inspiration and reference for further promoting mental health education in primary and secondary schools and helping the sustainable development of physical and mental health of primary and secondary school students?In order to answer the above questions,this paper takes a “Primary and Secondary School Mental Health Education Characteristic School” as a case,adopts the methods of text analysis,field observation,in-depth interview and questionnaire survey to carry out a panoramic scan of the mental health education work of the case school,and refers to the “Standard of Primary and secondary School Mental Health Education Characteristic School(Trial)”.Focusing on the development history,organizational structure,education and teaching of mental health education in schools of individual cases,in-depth analysis is carried out in order to get a glimpse of the situation,summarize experience,condense characteristics,promote excellence,promote excellence,and promote demonstration.The study found that the case school was established in 2010,with a short history.In 2014,the school leaders responded positively and started to apply for the Special School of Mental Health Education in Primary and Secondary Schools,and the application was successful.So far,it has gone through a development process of seven years,experienced the start-up stage of “Characteristic School”,the stage of“Characteristic School” striving and the stage of “Characteristic School” development.In the early stage,more systematic psychological education activities were carried out.In the striving stage,more investment was invested in the construction of psychological education.In the development stage,the psychological education work reached the overall standard and began to form its own characteristics.The investigation results show that the case school takes "Standard" as the key line,actively promotes the reform of school mental health education,and gradually forms a four-dimensional mental health education model of "fine courses,normal activities,psychological counseling and guidance,home-school community cooperation".Case school mental health education work is the "top project",it has a complete mental health education position,set up a combination of full-time and part-time mental health education team,set up mental health education quality courses,carry out normal mental health education activities,form the "school,family,society" coordinated mental health education pattern.The deficiency lies in that the understanding of mental health education is still not in place,full-time psychological teachers are still not enough,and the system of professional growth and development of mental health education teachers is not perfect.Based on the characteristic experience and practice of mental health education in case schools,combined with the requirements of policy documents such as "Outline","Standard" and "Special Action Plan to Comprehensively Strengthen and Improve the mental health Work of Students in the New Era(2023-2025)",this paper discusses the path of integrated development of mental health education in middle schools,that is,the implementation of the "leader" project.Strengthen the construction of mental health education organization system;To strengthen two mental health education teams and strengthen the construction of full-time and part-time psychological teachers;Constructing the "trinity" mental health education mechanism,forming a new situation of home-school-community collaborative education;Implement four-level accurate counseling,improve the psychological crisis early warning and intervention system;Mental health education and the five education integration,the whole process to promote the overall development of students.Form the "one,two,three,four and five" integrated development model of mental health education. |
