Research purposes: This article through to the college students’ mental controlsource and the way to deal with the test, try to understand the characteristics ofcollege students’ mental control source and way to deal with and differences, and tostudy the correlation of both, to explore their relationship, and combined withempirical research on sports teaching in order to guide them correctly attribution,effectively cope with, help to improve the students’ coping styles and improvinglearning effect. Research methods: This study by adopting the method of randomsampling and convenient sampling and cluster sampling method, respectively, fromNanchang to extract8005junior college students (400boys,400girls) participated inthe test. Will belong to the internal control questionnaire score is low, the negativeresponse to high score of students as the research object of intervention, thecontrollable factors and intervention objects are from Nanchang normal collegefreshmen administrative class (40classes, that in comparative classes40people) inthe10weeks intervention teaching, teachers under the guidance of psychologicalcontrol source in sports teaching, always remind students to compare; Teachersaccording to the actual situation of students, the evaluation of learning effect criteriafor evaluation (enhanced rate); That in comparative classes according to the commonlaw of teaching. Results:(1)The boys and girls there were significant differences indealing with the way help factors, significant differences between men and women,on the rationalization factor on other factors were no significant gender differences.(2)Students of different gender on the psychological factor control source powerfulothers extremely significant differences, compared to girls, boys no significantdifferences in opportunity factor.(3) Psychological control the source of each factorand the way to deal with each factor related to have reached a significant level (4) Theexperimental classes, and that in comparative classes before approach the purpose ofscore, in addition to the problem solving factor in experimental classes scores that incomparative classes were significantly higher, other differences are not significant,after the intervention, that in comparative classes in all kinds of factors havesignificant differences, but the experimental class has a very significant difference(5)Before implementation of intervention group selection of the control groupsubjects with homogeneity, there is no statistically significant difference.Implementation of the experimental group after intervention control group subjectsdifferent qualitative, statistically significant differences. Research conclusion:(1) The girls more than boys to help cope with method. Moreboys than girls to rationalize the way to deal with.(2) There are more boys than girlstend to internal control,(3) Psychological control is closely related between sourceand way to deal with.(4)In the sports teaching using psychological control source ofteaching method, it can improve students approach to solve problems, reduce the useof self-blame and fantasy negative coping style, to a certain extent, improve thecoping styles.(5) Psychological control source of teaching methods to improve thestudents’ academic performance is effective.
