This study mainly used questionnaires and statistical analysis to study the relationship between primary school teachers' psychological control sources,occupational happiness and job involvement.A total of 500 primary school teachers from 7 primary schools in this city were selected as the main test objects,and the conclusions are as follows.1.At present,the psychological control of primary school teachers is at a middle level.The average value of teachers' professional happiness is at a moderate level,and teachers' work engagement is mainly based on dedication,while lack of the vitality.2.There is a significant positive correlation between primary school teachers' psychological control and professional happiness.There is a significant positive correlation between all dimensions of psychological control and professional happiness.Psychological control plays a significant negative role in predicting the overall level of professional happiness.3.There is a significant positive correlation between the psychological control of primary school teachers and the work engagement.There is a significant positive correlation between the dimensions of psychological control and the various dimensions of the work engagement.4.There is a significant positive correlation between primary school teachers' professional happiness and work engagement,and all dimensions of professional happiness are positively correlated with all dimensions of work engagement.professional happiness has a significant positive predictive effect on work engagement level.5.There are different degrees of psychological control,professional happiness and work engagement in primary school teachers in terms of teaching grades,gender,whether they are class teachers,etc.,but there is no significant difference in teaching age,marriage,age and education.6.The mediating model of primary school teachers' professional happiness is well fitted,and the indirect effect of professional happiness on mental control and work engagement is significant.Psychological control has a direct effect on work engagement.According to the above conclusions,from the perspective of teachers,this study puts forward relevant suggestions on how to improve teachers' professional happiness and job involvement.
