Happiness is the unremitting pursuit of people’s survival and development situation of theirown desire, it is this persistent pursuit based on, to make life more beautiful tomorrow. In the new era oftwenty-first century, along with the country, society, family’s emphasis on education, with the reform ofquality education, all-round education and the new curriculum, rural teachers’ occupation happiness hasbecome a hotspot of research. Rural teachers’ occupation of happiness is not only related to the survival anddevelopment of the quality of teachers, students’ learning and growth, education, but also tothe construction and development of harmonious society in rural areas.In this paper, on the basis of absorbing and referring the related research results, based onthe problem of rural junior high school teachers in the new century well-being, through the analysisof research and theoretical in vestigation, research path combs the sense of happiness of rural junior middleschool teachers present situation, reasons and improvement. Mainly elaborated from the following fiveparts:The first part of the thesis, research significance and research methods and innovations;Expounds the theory connotation and research occupation of rural junior middle school teachers in thesense of happiness of the second part;The third part of the questionnaire, respectively from the geographical position, the teachers in juniorand senior, discipline, age and gender analysis of the five aspects of the status quo, rural junior middleschool teachers occupation well-being. The results showed that: rural junior middle schoolteachers occupation well-being is not strong and needs to be improved;The fourth part separately from the individual, family, school and social factors of these fouraspects, analyzed the reason of not strong sense of well-being of rural junior middle schoolteachers occupation;The fifth part separately from the individual, family, school and social factors of these four aspects, proposed to enhance the well-being of rural junior middle school teachers occupation sense countermeasures and suggestions.
