The Investigation And Research On The Status Quo Of Teachers' Vocational Skills In The Background Of Teacher Professional Development

The formation and development of teachers' vocational skills is a necessary way for a teacher to grow and achieve certain professional competence.As reserve team sports students of PE teachers,how to better learn professional skills,when on the job can shorten the induction after the adjustment period,for sports teachers should have the analysis of the professional skills of the investigation and study is of great significance.This research mainly USES the literature material law,questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics analysis and other research methods,through stratified random sample of nanjing normal university(south),nanjing sports institute(south),soochow university(su),jiangsu normal university(river)several different types of colleges and universities sports education professional level 2014 and involved in the education internship 265 20 sports colleges and universities and their students practice guidance teachers and teaching the loser,25first-line teachers of primary and secondary schools,research staff and the head of the applying unit of choose and employ persons as research object,the sports teachers and teachers should have professional ability of investigation and study,aims at the cultivation of the physical education major students in the future plan to offer some valuable advice.Through investigation and analysis,the main ideas and conclusions are as follows:1,combined with the actual,this article mainly from the sports teachers' basic skills,technical skills teaching,extracurricular sports activities organizing skills,scientific research innovation ability index to explore the four dimensions sports teachers and teachers' professional skill to master.2,the survey found that the sports teachers and master teachers professional skill ability is generally low,and the physical education teachers should have professional skills gap is obvious,but the basic can satisfy the basic requirement of all work of the school sports.3,in all kinds of skills in all kinds of specific skills,different types of colleges and universities sports students to master the skills of the situation is different,normal university sports to master the skills of the students is better than the other classes ofschool sports students;It is better for the students of the comprehensive school to master the physical education of the university.4,sports teachers' professional skills of students professional training system are still lack of scientific nature and rationality,still need further development and improvement of sports colleges for sports teachers vocational skills training importance is not enough,need to further improve the degree of understanding and setting up scientific and reasonable curriculum system.
