Chinese Education of Primary School is our basic education’s foundation inChina, quality of education and the quality of teacher directly determines the qualityof education. However, the education situation in rural areas of our country is notoptimistic:the overall level of education in rural China lags behind the city educationlevel. Especially in the midwestern region of China in some economicallyunderdeveloped rural areas, the lack of educational resources, the shortage of teachersand other factors make the school-age children in that area could not be access toquality basic education.Therefore, the research propose solutions on the basis oflooking up a large number of previous research results, selecting Shanxi Xinzhourural primary school Chinese teachers as the research object for the research and studyand discussing the status and problems of rural primary school teachers of Chineselanguage learning.In theoretical research section, this paper combed through a large number ofdocuments, and based on the theory of adult learning, lifelong learning theory,experiential learning theory, theory of social culture theory, then find the entry pointof this thesis.In practical research, this study through questionnaire survey and interview,analyzes the present learning situation of primary school language teachers, andfound a series of problems. By analyzing the problems found three influencing factorsof rural primary school language teachers:First, As for the teachers are concerned,there is strong motivation of learning but with a certain "utilitarian" color. Thoughlearning atitude is correct, meanwhile it is more or less passive. Furthermore, thetimetable of learning is unreasonable.Second,From the perspective of regionaland school conditions of rural primary school, there mainly exist insufficienthardware resources, the weak training effect, restricted going out learningopportunities.Third,From the learning community,there are the quality of students and teachers, lacks of cooperation learning between students and teachers. Finally,according to these problems, the author proposes some solving strategies.
