Because the impact of exam oriented education for many years, occupation education hasalways been neglected, its performance evaluation mode can’t adapt to the modern occupationeducation needs, widespread attention to the static results, especially skills assessment process,education target is not flexible and so tend to ignore education. This paper therefore putsforward the concept of the evaluation of teachers’ teaching performance by the Jining Collegeconnotation, hope to expand the traditional education evaluation, evaluation system ofscientific research performance teaching work of vocational school teachers. Starting from theenterprise performance management concept, introduced the developing teacher evaluationtheory, based on the existing teacher evaluation system of Jining Education College,performance evaluation system to construct the teaching work of the teachers of the JiningCollege, in order to promote reform of Jining education college teacher evaluation system,and realize the school "outstanding teachers, academic freedom, academic market competition,effective governance" target.The performance evaluation from the teaching on the teacher’s background, analyzes thepresent situation of the implementation of the evaluation of teachers’ teaching performance bythe Jining Institute of education, through the method of questionnaire research the existingoperation of teachers’ teaching performance evaluation system of Jining Institute of educationin question, in view of the existing situation and performance teaching college teacherevaluation problem, the reconstruction of the teachers teaching performance evaluationsystem of Jining College of education, and suggested that the school attaches greatimportance to the evaluation purpose, establish and perfect the relevant regulations, theestablishment of performance evaluation information system and cultivating the campusculture, and put forward some measures to ensure the implementation of the performanceappraisal system of Jining College of education in four aspects. This research for improvingthe Jining Institute of education of teachers’ teaching performance evaluation system, improvehas important realistic significance of school teachers’ work enthusiasm and initiative, topromote the development of Jining Education College better.
