In the context of economic globalization,the development of higher vocational education to adapt to the needs of economic and social development.In the process of rapid development,higher vocational education is facing many serious problems and challenges.At the same time,along with the reform of the classification of institutions under the new situation in advance,pay for performance to start,how to improve the level of teacher quality,characteristics and brand building of higher vocational colleges,focus on connotation development,promote staff potential,improve efficiency,stimulate the vitality of vocational colleges,actively fulfill the strategic objectives of the organization.With the development of higher vocational colleges need to constantly strengthen function in the construction process,which is one of the performance appraisal,in the full implementation of the performance appraisal to improve the working enthusiasm,but now many in higher vocational colleges is the implementation of the performance appraisal,assessment,according to the proportion of the organization to achieve its goals help role,therefore,to achieve the performance salary is a mere formality it is difficult to play,to the staff incentive effect truly,forever is not conducive to long-term development of staff.This paper selects typical Higher Vocational Colleges A Vocational College as the research object,investigation and analysis of the current situation,the teaching quality evaluation process,non teaching workload assessment,assessment of the status quo about the performance appraisal of teachers is analyzed,find the existence of assessment objectives is not clear,the examination object is not wide and the evaluation index setting unreasonable problems,analysis the main reason for these problems are: lack of realization,the index system is not comprehensive,the index operation lacks pertinence;in view of the existing problems,combined with the performance appraisal of A Vocational College Teachers' actual situation,put forward the countermeasure is to further clarify the objectives of performance evaluation,improve the performance appraisal system,to further enhance the effectiveness of assessment,result oriented the use of feedback,give full play to the role of performance appraisal in the connotation construction.The related countermeasures will provide reference for improving the level of human resource management and realizing the strategic development goal of A vocational college.
