This article through to the2013sent to the Thai Chinese volunteers as the research object,collecting large amount of data, survey and interview to further understand the overseas studentvolunteers in the face of exotic life, work pressure, interpersonal communication, emergency andother aspects. We should pay attention to students how to adapt to their new roles and analysis ofits causes. This study uses qualitative research methods, in-depth interviews of28to ThaiVolunteer Chinese language teachers through the interpretation of the interview. We can tounderstand them during teaching and living in Thailand, the role to adapt to changingcircumstances; at the same time through the volunteer teachers to Thai experience subject toshare experiences, to explore the factors influencing the role adaptation.Based on the pre and post interview materials and volunteers summary data, they wereanalyzed and summarized, the results of the study showed that the influence of volunteerteachers in the course of socialization role cognition factors derived from the self and theenvironment two aspects. First, the self-awareness of role adaptation. Second, the hanbanpre-service training for Guangxi provincial (for example) produced during the impact on theprofessional ability. Third, volunteers in his school for the effects of work status.On the basis of the above conclusions, the author think can from the following severalaspects to improve the Chinese volunteer teachers role adaptation process. In the aspect ofvolunteer: first of all to teachers psychology to prepare set up the "workers" role consciousness;Strengthening the study of the language of his country, to reduce the effects of cross-culturalbarriers. In hanban aspects: strengthen the pre-service training content is practical; Through thenetwork platform structures and the home of "volunteers", establishing and perfecting volunteersto adapt to the system. In his school, establish a reasonable incentive measures; Volunteers helpfaster familiar with the environment; Organize volunteers to participate in practice, trainingvolunteer’s sense of honor and dedication; Volunteers invited back panel, establish informationcommunication platform.
