In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology, the speeding up of globalization, the gradually improve development of the socialist market economy, the various cultural exchange collision and the fusion of ideas and enhancement of individual subjectivity, people’s value orientation, the pluralistic way of life and the pursuit of interests with the changed environment have changed. The change of politics, economy, culture and values affects the part of the value orientation of people. some people for personal gain in spit of the social ethics, leding to the anomie phenomenon in the fields of society, and the anomie also get their hands on the sacred academic field. The academic circles in violation of the academic moral events are increasing, and the more worse.The colleges and universities that as important academic talents training have a variety of academic moral problems. The problems are main existing in the application in the project, the research of academic achievements, the published academic achievements and the review in academic achievements. Teaching staff in colleges and universities in applying for a project often have the problems of fake academic experience and copying other application scheme, and the right trading of academic moral problems; In the study of the academic achievement main exist academic article citation is not standard, plagiarism, manufactured, forge the research data and conclusion, the research content is disconnect from the real life and international academic research derailment problem; Published in academic achievement attribution of a misfit problems in a draft cast more, academic achievements, academic problems that cannot correctly treat, anxious to conceal one’s faults; Prone to review in academic achievement evaluation standard is different from person to person, some problems such as relation between academic.The academic moral problems both have social reasons and scholars individual reasons.
