Nowadays, education is the fundamental competition in the talents as the core competition of the comprehensive national strength. The quality of education is determined by the teacher’s quality, and the performance management of teachers has become extremely important. The establishment and improvement of teachers’ performance management system is a pressing matter of the moment, The work of school management is not only the performance management to improve the quality of teachers,but conducive to maintaining competitive advantage and achieve the strategic objectives of the school. A science fair teachers’ performance management can really inspire teachers’ enthusiasm for work, to help teachers achieve their goals in life, but also to build a group of high quality teachers for the school.Performance management of the school is a complete system,including application of formulation, performance communication, performance evaluation, feedback and performance evaluation results. Based on the search and reading the relevant performance management literature, the existing teacher performance management research were summarized, trying to grasp the basis of teacher performance management theory. On the existence of DZ secondary current management problems analyzed and discussed, the auother designs a set of scientific performance management system combined with the actual situation of DZ middle school to improve the performance management of DZ school. It implements the strategic target planning school to the various departments and staff, provide experiences and theoretical support for the research on performance of DZ middle school.The first chapter introduces the background, purpose and significance of the study. After the related research on teacher performance evaluation of home and abroad has been combed, the author makes a simple review.The second chapter has carried on the limits to the performance management of teachers performance, performance management, performance appraisal and other concepts. In daily work, people often confuse the concept of performance management and performance appraisal. The author will distinguish it. Performance appraisal is one of the most important link of performance management and this chapter also focuses on the content, the appraisal form, principles and methods introduced. In the third chapter, the author introduces the basic situation of DZ middle school, organization and teacher situation, describes the process of the implementation of performance management of DZ high school. The performance appraisal as the breakthrough point of performance management, performance appraisal will be divided into routine examination and annual assessment, trying to do the results evaluation unified evaluation and process of price when given DZ high school’s problems of present performance management system attribution analysis.The fourth chapter analyzes performance management system of DZ high school by using SWOT, the preparations for the DZ high school teacher performance management system, principles and the establishment of the total system, and finally establishes a suitable performance management system of DZ middle school.The fifth chapter is the performance appraisal according to the new performance management system, the use of performance appraisal results’ feedback, improvement and performance appraisal result.This paper is based on the performance management research award penalty assessment of more attention, not related to the effect of performance management development evaluation of teachers, which is the inadequacy of the paper.
