The expect of the nation is in education,education is a part of the development of the nation.Teachers as key to education.Facilitator cultivate future successors,cultivate future successors tutor is an important factor to measure the level of college education.Cultivate a team of high-quality teachers.It is beneficial to the realization of strategic goal of colleges and universities.The core of establishing high-quality teachers in colleges and universities to establish and prefect a scientific and effective teacher performance appraisal system.For a long time,our country lacks pertinence in the performance appraisal of teachers in colleges and universities,and more of them copy the performance appraisal methods of other colleges and universities,which leads to many problems in the performance appraisal of teachers in colleges and universities in our country.Taking Tianjin university of commerce as an example,analyzes the current situation and problems of teacher performance appraisal in this school,and optimizes the original assessment system,make performance appraisal more reasonable,scientific and effective.The thesis performance appraisal methods and indicators of teacher performance appraisal based on the study,makes a comprehensive and systematic investigation on the existing teacher performance appraisal system of Tianjin University of Commerce.Through inheritance,analysis and development,Carry out comprehensive consideration of performance appraisal characteristics,evaluation mode and indicators for performance appraisal,Find out the problems existing in the current assessment and seek solutions,Put forward optimization plan,Give full play to the enthusiasm of teachers in their work,Unify the direction of teacher career development with the strategic goal of the school,Promote the development of the school.Full text is divided into six parts.The first chapter introduces the basic ideas and research background.The second chapter is close to the book basic knowledge,discusses the classification,characteristics and principles of college teachers' performance,put forward the teacher performance appraisal system,Analyze the main methods used in university performance appraisal.The third chapter is a detailed analysis of the current situation of teacher performance appraisal in tian university of commerce.According to the basic information of Tianjin university of commerce,understand the current situation of teacher performance appraisal in this school.Through the questionnaire survey,the problems existing in the current performance appraisal were understood and the reasons for the problems were analyzed.The fourth chapter scientifically optimizes the teacher performance appraisal system of Tianjin university of commerce.From the perspective of school strategic development,use key performance indicator to the determine the assessment indicators,using analytic hierarchy process to design the weight of assessment index,optimize the teacher performance evaluation index system that is suitable for Tianjin university of commerce.The fifth chapter is based on the optimized performance appraisal sy stem of Tianjin university of commerce,put forward the safeguard measures and matters needing attention of performance appraisal.Chapter six summarizes the whole paper.
