Mental health is an important part of a person’s physical and mental health, is an important guarantee for people to learn, live and work. Facing the common psychological problems of current middle school students, this article from the maintenance of students’ psychological health and for language teachers to provide interdisciplinary mental health practice operation method is put forward and research objectives,"mental health education for middle school students to use" Chinese textbook issue. This thesis mainly adopts the action research method and literature method.The full text is divided into four parts.First is the introduction, reviews some viewpoints and theories at home and abroad on mental health education and the mental health education, put forward the "use of language teaching in mental health education for middle school students.".The second part analysis of the relationship between the Chinese teaching in middle school and psychological health education. First analyzes the language discipline penetration of mental health education significance. Secondly, summarizes several feasible methods of Chinese subject penetration of mental health education. Then pointed out that the implementation process of the mental health education with Chinese teaching material, including the preparation, teaching, after-school tracking guidance. Finally the problems related to the implementation of mental health education in Chinese teaching in middle school. The basic literacy that Chinese teachers should have; mental health education should pay attention to each student; Chinese class is not equal to the mental health education and moral education.The third part of the combination of teaching practice, and expounds the concrete contents of psychological counseling on the students to use language teaching. From the phenomenon, effect, principle and treatment measures of weariness, learning motives, puppy love, adjustment disorder, dishonesty and other psychological problems of ten middle school students of common. The psychological counseling for the psychological problems of using Chinese textbook teaching methods and classroom teaching case.The last part is the conclusion. Focus on an overview of the theory of value in the academic and realistic significance.
