Students after class through the pertinence and effectiveness of school-based homework, broaden knowledge, promote migration learning ability and the ability to explore, to generate and involves the chemical problems in life also pay more attention, more use chemical knowledge analysis to solve.This research adopts literature research, survey method, subject method of observation and case analysis, from the domestic and foreign research on school-based homework (homework) present situation, development of the chemistry teacher school-based homework of the current situation and existing problems of the basic method, teacher’s professional accomplishment, school-based homework is appropriate for students’ development of high school chemistry school-based homework from the aspects such as research, development, practice and reflection.School-based homework is gradually accepted by the masses of teachers and become a popular phenomenon of the present school. In school-based homework is the student, the student is the main body, the teacher should be serious about each student’s experience and cognition.In terms of features and innovation, this study puts forward the development of chemistry school-based homework should follow eight principles, grasp the quality of the school-based homework problem well. Proposed to reform the ways of correcting allow teachers to spend more time and energy to prepare lessons, to develop school-based homework.
