Curriculum reform goals and standards that shift in the role of teachers determined by "National basic education curriculum reform guidelines outline" as the requirements of a fundamental. While the current new round of basic education curriculum reform has entered a breakthrough difficulty and a new stage of further promote; Zhejiang Province under Department of Education issued the "guiding opinions on deepening Zhejiang Province compulsory Education Curriculum reform" that the teacher’s job to improve arrangements to strengthen teacher’s training, in order to achieve a predetermined transitional effects on literacy development of teachers especially in literacy work designed many new requirements. Based on this, the research focus is on the development of Primary School Teachers in literacy and job design to analyze the problems, contact the subject character, Current Situation Primary School Teachers in literacy work designed to explore the design to enhance the Primary School Teachers job Literacy Strategy.To better understanding the current status of the job designing literacy of Chinese teacher in primary school, it presents the questionnaire of the "status quo and enhance primary school language teachers Job Designer Literacy Strategy". According to survey data, the status of Jiaxing City Primary School Teachers job design accomplishment specific analysis, and in-depth analysis of the impact of low literacy Primary School Teachers job reasons, pursuant to explore strategies to enhance the current design of Primary School Teachers job accomplishment.The paper concludes that:First:The current status of job designing by Chinese teachers in primary school is currently highlighted serious examination of the phenomenon of homework design tendencies "knowledge based", attention to job design instrumental, no highlighting the humanities, teacher job reference design information as the main channel designed to teachers’ job as the main idea of self-judgment. Second:the existence reason of job designing by the elementary teachers in Jiaxing is the shortage of job designing accomplishment. Third:To improve teachers’ job design quality in primary school in Jiaxing, it need to improve the examination-oriented education environment, the practice of quality education, increased training efforts in post-primary level language teachers, teachers focus on school level management job design, teacher education reform the lack of job status of design culture to improve the design of primary school language teachers job quality.
