Nowadays,the teaching model of high school mathematics is still focused on teaching only by teachers,and the students can't be fully motivated.The teaching efficiency is very low.The core of changing this situation is to change teaching model of teachers and students in classroom and concentrate on students learning.The guiding case is based on the problem of guiding learning model,which uses the guiding case as the carrier,and takes the problem as the mainline through five teaching links of the guiding case.This will guide the students to find the problem independently,explore the problem,solve the problem,rethink and learn from the problem and evaluate it.Teachers are organizers and participants in the process of solving problem of learnings,It will change the classroom teaching model from the traditional teacher's teaching to currently problem guiding and therefore changing the position of teachers and students radically,Students will become the master of classroom,and the process of classroom teaching will change from teaching to learning.It is helpful to stimulate students' interest in learning,and also help to cultivate students' ability of thinking and independent learning.The problem guiding model will focus on the students' experiences during learning.And during the process of teaching,we can adopt the participation mode of group cooperation,various ways of evaluation,and value the students' emotional experience.This will be helpful to cultivate students' comprehensive ability and improve their subject accomplishment.By doing research on some articles and papers,we have got some theories,current situation and learned the research status in maths teaching.Through lots of teaching cases of front-line teachers,we can analyze,reflect and summarize the methods and results and combine them with the application in teaching.In this article,two typical cases of problem guiding models are completely presented and analyzed.A new case of teaching and a case of exercise course can provide renewed fresh practical basis for problem guiding model application.Through the interview and survey on five teachers in different levels and the questionnaire survey among 79 students,we know more about the situation of the problem guiding model,analyze the results of the investigation,summarize the problems of the application of the problem guiding model,raise the notes in the application,and improve the methods in the end.The comparative class and experimental class are selected to analyze the results before and after the practice.The results show that the problem guiding model can effectively improve the students' performance effectively.The core of the problem guiding model is to guide the students to raise problems and then to find methods to solve the problems.Through the combination of theory and practice,four principles and five strategies are proposed,which can provide good suggestions on how to set up the problems in the application of problem guiding model in the future.In the reflection and prospect of the research,it is suggested that harmonious relationship between teachers and students,and the sound incentive evaluation mechanism can make the problem guiding model more efficient in teaching.Above all,the research shows that the problem guiding model is beneficial to develop the students' ability,and reflect the new teaching philosophy of courses standards.However there are still some problems,which need teachers to improve constantly in practice.
