This paper is mainly to discuss teaching concept of argumentation writing in the high school, which aims at "Teaching and Learning Concept" of rational spirit cultivation, to answer the questions of "why teach" for teachers and "why study (write)" for students, to arouse the motivation in teaching and learning and to promote teaching and learning to become reasonable and active. On basis of that, the content of teaching of argumentation writing in high school will be discussed to reconstruct teaching procedures, improve teaching strategies, and promote teaching quality.Main survey methods in this paper are investigation, literature research, experience summary etcThrough the survey on the situation of argumentation writing in high school, dating back to the history of modern Chinese teaching, and investigating the process of writing&teaching theory and practice at home and abroad, the study finds that "Teaching and Learning Concept" in the argumentation writing of high school, aiming at the rational spirit cultivation of students, is reasonable and necessary which has much referable experiences on theory and practice. Therefore, there come a series of ideas of extending students’ eyesight, setting a situation of presenting reasons, developing the sprits of questioning, providing methodological support, improving the ability of students’ analysis of questions, and trying to build a series of ideas of argumentation writing in high school in order to cultivate the spirit of rational conception.
