Vocational education is an important part of the education system in our country,its cultivation objective is to cultivate hundreds of millions of the high-qualityworkers and tens of millions of highly skilled professionals. Enterprise has thecongenital advantage in the aspect of the talent training of vocational education. Inrecent years, enterprise’s important role in vocational education has been generallyrecognized, the cooperation in talent training between vocational schools and theenterprises has also made some achievements. However, due to the external policiesand laws are imperfect, and the cooperation between the enterprises and the otherparticipants of vocational education personnel training is not close and other reasons,the role enterprises played in talent training is not very significant, and ineffective,and it is also leads to the talents vocation schools cultivated do not match theenterprises’ actual demand. Therefore, from the four aspects of enterprise, government,vocational schools and industry to perfect vocational education talent training model,becomes the key to improve the quality of vocational education talent training.This paper analyzes and studies the domestic and foreign current situation ofenterprises to participate in vocational education talent training model, the research ofthe foreign part select Germany, Australia and the UK, which are representativecountries, the domestic part emphatically analyze the “enterprises cooperate with”model, the “college and enterprise joint cultivation” model, the “school-enterpriseentities cooperation” model. And from the perspective of the enterprises, using twotypical models of game theory to analyze the behavior of enterprises and vocationalschools, enterprises and enterprises, summarizing the current problems of enterprisesto participate in vocational education talent training are as follows: relevant laws areimperfect, incentive policy are imperfect, lack of the provisions of the standard of theenterprises’ qualification.Aiming at the problems in the vocational education personnel training model, putforward the following suggestions: first, by improving the “Vocational EducationLaw”, and formulating special law for the enterprises to perfect the legal system ofvocational education; secondly, by enhancing the operability of incentive policy andimproving the related content of incentive policy and defining the standard of theenterprises’ qualification to perfect the relevant policies; finally, strengthen and improve the cooperation of the professional setting, curriculum development,construction of practice bases, construction of teachers troop and quality assessmentbetween the enterprises and industry, vocational schools and other participants of thevocational education.
