| At present,China is in a decisive period for building a well-off society in an all-round way,with the transformation and upgrading of its economic structure,the constant changes in industrial factors,and the rapid development of modern service industries such as e-commerce,logistics,and international business.But this kind of talent is inadequate.On the one hand,it is difficult for enterprises to recruit workers,and on the other hand,it is difficult for financial professionals to find employment.In the face of such a situation,exploring the construction of a school-enterprise cooperative talent training model can effectively alleviate this contradiction.Under the guidance of relevant national policies,vocational colleges,universities,provinces,cities,and regions throughout the country have conducted various levels of exploration and practice in the school-enterprise cooperation training model,and have achieved many results.However,due to the particularity of vocational education,the school-enterprise cooperation talent training model is not perfect,there are many problems,and the implementation effect is not ideal.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out in-depth research.This article first consults a large number of domestic and foreign literatures,clarifies the connotation of "school-enterprise cooperation" and the constituent elements of the "talent training model",and lays the foundation for understanding the needs of industry enterprises and studying the current status of the school-enterprise cooperation talent training model in the vocational finance and economics profession.Taking Yangzhou X secondary vocational school’s major in finance and economics as the research object,it conducts research through the form of a questionnaire.Through data analysis,it is concluded that there are problems in the training mode of financial and economic professional school-enterprise cooperation talents,such as the simple form of school-enterprise cooperation,the inadequate curriculum construction,the generally weak professional ability,and the low degree of integration of industry and education.In response to these problems,this article starts with the goal pursuit,cooperation costs,and cooperation benefits of both sides of the financial and economic professional school-enterprise cooperation,and explores the reasons behind these problems.The study found that the vocational school-enterprise cooperation talent training model is a complex and systematic problem.It is not only a matter of schools and enterprises,but also requires the participation of government,industry,schools,enterprises,teachers,students and other social entities to participate in this social project to enhance the flexibility and adaptability of the financial and economic school-enterprise cooperation training model.Finally,it proposes solutions in terms of enterprise participation,training objectives,teacher construction,and cooperation mechanisms to ensure the effective operation of the vocational school-enterprise cooperation talent training model in vocational finance and economics,and cultivate skilled financial talents that are more in line with the needs of contemporary industries. |
