With the national attention to information technology,the demand of society for talents is also changing.Research shows that in the past 20 years,China's IT industry has developed rapidly,and new industry hotspots will appear every 5 years,with fast technology iteration and update,high requirements for professional talents and large demand.In 2017,the number of employees in computer and related industries reached 19.5 million,creating an average annual demand of about 15% for new talents.However,even though the graduates of computer and related majors in universities and colleges have shown an increasing trend in recent years,they still can not meet the talent demand of the industry.The main reason is that the talent quality does not match the demand of enterprises.Talent training program is the guiding document of talent training,which is related to the quality of talent training.Therefore,a complete talent training plan formulated by the specialty according to the needs of the enterprise can greatly improve the coincidence between the quality of talents and the needs of the enterprise,and realize the balance between the supply and demand of the school and the enterprise.Firstly,this study reviews,classifies and analyzes the existing domestic and foreign literature,such as talent training program,computer application professional training,enterprise talent demand,the relationship between talent training program and enterprise demand.Then,it collected the professional training programs of five similar secondary vocational schools in Mianyang and surrounding areas,comprehensively sorted out and analyzed the program text,found the problems existing in the process of formulating the professional training program in Mianyang and surrounding secondary vocational schools,and analyzed the causes of the problems.Next,interview the professional leaders and front-line teachers of five schools to understand the formulation method of the school's professional talent training program,master whether the clear talent training objectives,curriculum system and teaching requirements in the professional talent training program are well used in the teaching process,so as to determine the problems existing in the formulation and implementation of the professional talent training program.Through the self-developed questionnaire for students in school(see Annex 1),questionnaire for graduates(see Annex 2),and interviews with students in school and graduates,we can understand the understanding degree of students majoring in computer application on the talent training objectives specified in the professional talent training program,as well as the acceptance degree and practical degree of professional skills taught by teachers in the learning process;Track the employment situation of professional graduates,analyze the employment matching rate of professional graduates,and collect the reasons for the employment matching and mismatch of graduates,so as to analyze the implementation effect of professional talent training program.Then,the questionnaire of enterprise talent demand(see Annex 3)is compiled to investigate and analyze the talent demand positions and the ability demand of each position.At last,the paper compares the training plan of professional talents with the needs of enterprises,analyzes the problems existing in the training plan of computer application professionals,and gives suggestions for the formulation and implementation of the plan.First of all,in response to the call of the government,the five schools investigated in this study have formulated a single talent training plan,and even one school's talent training is all for further education.Therefore,the talent training orientation of computer application specialty in secondary vocational schools has changed from the former training of primary and intermediate skilled talents needed by enterprises to the training of primary and intermediate skilled talents needed by enterprises The problem of the orientation deviation that the higher vocational school needs the talents as the auxiliary.After analyzing the current situation of computer application talents training program in secondary vocational schools,it is found that 2 of the 5 schools investigated have no professional talents training program,1 school has no professional talents training program through enterprise research,1 school's talent training program has been used for more than 5 years,and 1 school's professional talents training program has been updated for 2016,but There is a disconnection between the content and the current situation of the industry.Talking with professional teachers and students,it is found that the training objectives stipulated in the professional talent training program are not very clear among teachers and students.To sum up,there are some problems in talent training,such as no plan,closing the door and writing the plan,not updating the plan in time,and not promoting the spirit of the plan in place,which leads to unsatisfactory quality of talent training.Secondly,we investigate and analyze the talent demand of enterprises,and compare it with the professional talent training plan of the school.We find that there are only the post talent training objectives and four aspects of Yibin vocational and technical school in Sichuan Province The network foundation and the training objective of the security post of Mianyang finance and economics school in Sichuan Province basically meet the needs of the post talents of the enterprise.The training specifications,objectives and courses of the post talents involved in the training plan of the professional talents of other schools are more or less inconsistent with the needs of the enterprise.This is because the demand for talents in enterprises is relatively comprehensive,and with the progress of science and technology,the demand for talents in enterprises is constantly changing.However,the lack of professional talents training programs in schools,the lack of in-depth enterprise research and the lack of timely updating of programs according to the needs of talents in enterprises directly lead to the talent training programs and enterprise demand production The quality of talent training can not meet the needs of enterprises.Thirdly,based on the analysis of the relationship between the professional talent training program and the enterprise talent demand,it is found that the relationship between the enterprise talent demand and the formulation of the school professional talent training program is decreasing,restricting and promoting each other.Therefore,when formulating the talent training plan,the specialty must combine the actual needs of the school and the enterprise to determine the training objectives,curriculum system,syllabus,etc.,and let the teachers and students know about it.At the same time,in the process of teaching implementation,only by strictly performing the teaching tasks can the specialty talents needed by the enterprise be cultivated.At the end of the study,the author gives some suggestions on the formulation and implementation of the training program of computer application professionals,which is highly operable,hoping to help the professional construction and improve the quality of computer application talents training in secondary vocational schools.
