Reserve talent of tennis is the foundation of tennis sports sustainable development.Abundant of reserve talents of teenager tennis is the core driving force to promote thedevelopment of tennis career. To cultivate excellent tennis reserve talented person is thedevelopment inevitable requirement of the project. Adolescent tennis athletes for thedevelopment of tennis sports and improve the overall level of responsibility.At present, Shandong Province tennis overall level in the middle and lower reaches ofthe country, The teenager Tennis training of reserve personnel quality and other tennisprovince there is a certain gap, Shandong Province to improve the level of tennis as a whole,must be further strengthened the teenager Tennis backing efforts to train personnel.Therefore, this study investigation and analysis of Shandong Province teenager Tenniscultivation of reserve forces, looking for problems in the training process, combined withthe actual situation of Shandong around the city, propose appropriate sustainabledevelopment measures, with a view to the popularization and development of youth tennisin Shandong Province positive theoretical and practical significance.In this study, literature review, expert interview, questionnaire, mathematical statisticsand logical analysis of scientific research, participate in the2012Teenager TennisChampionships in Shandong Province, athletes, coaches, team leader, referees and athletes’parents a detailed investigation, through research and analysis of the survey data, thefollowing conclusions were reached:1.Reserve talents of teenager tennis in Shandong Province come from differencesregional, the reserve talents low age athletes in turn higher than the number of high ages, short training period, a small number of entries, training motivation Hobby tennis, but thetraining level of interest with decline with age, the first choice of the way out to pursuehigher education.2.Shandong Province reserve talents of teenager tennis personnel training mode is anamateur sports school, tennis club and tennis school, there is a contradiction betweenlearning and training, athletes pay more attention to cultural studies, learning tennis clubculture mode; athletes parents to support their children to participate in tennis trainingwilling to pay the appropriate fees.3.Teenager tennis coaches in Shandong Province, the age structure is irrational,coaches coaching life is short, lack of coaching experience, education undergraduate degree,from sports professional tennis special graduates, the majority of coaches activelyparticipate in training courses and coaches to develop training programs lack scientific.4.Basic tennis court facilities can not meet the normal training needs, single andfunding sources; tennis team in each region is not equipped with the doctor and nutritionalrehabilitation division.5.Sports Management Center of Shandong Province, the ball gradually improve themanagement system for coaches and young athletes, to create a sound junior tennis reservepersonnel management mechanisms.
