Research On Characteristics Professional Of Minority Area Colleges’ Based On The Collaborative

The higher education of China has been popularized gradually. As an importantpart of the higher education, characteristic specialties have also been improved andperfected. In national minority areas, the characteristic specialties of colleges anduniversities have the same responsibilities as they do in other areas of China. Besides,they also have to make effort for the culture inherit age and the national unity. Withthe support of the national policy and the local government, colleges and universitiesin national minority area have established a good number of characteristic specialtiesaccording to their own actual situation. The development of these specialties is beingconcerned by the whole society. Based on the current situation of development,features and advantages of the characteristic specialties of the colleges anduniversities in national minority area, the paper makes a research on the constructionproblems of these specialties from the perspective of collaborative innovation. Usingthe method of literature research, investigation and case study, the paper focuses oneducation quality promotion of these specialties and discusses how to improve theirconstruction.The paper discusses the construction problems of characteristic specialties ofcolleges and universities in national minority areas. Under the background of thepopularization of higher education, the author considers that the colleges anduniversities should establish a good number of cultural featured specialties to servethe local economy based on the collaborative innovation mode. The colleges anduniversities should persist to develop undergraduate education, inherit their traditionalcharacteristic and fully consider local economic characteristic. In the professionalorientation, they should focus on the construction of the discipline; in the professionalconstruction, the number of undergraduate majors35-40is appropriate; in personneltraining, they should educate applied talents with multifaceted, solid fundamentals,high abilities and qualities. In the service aspect, they should stand on thecharacteristics of ethnic minority areas and make effort for the local economic andsocial development. as a result, they can enhance the education quality of colleges anduniversities in national regions.The journalism of G University, one of the first batch of the nationalcharacteristic specialties, as the case, the paper analyzes the development ofcollaborative innovation in the colleges and universities, studies the advantages and disadvantages of collaborative innovation running mode. The paper finds out that thecolleges and universities have made full use of the local economy, local history, ethnicculture and the national policy. They draw some experience from the perspective oftheir actual situation, teacher team, school management and the student’s source,which has provided reference for the development of characteristics specialties inthose colleges and universities.
