The Characteristic Development Of Higher Vocational Colleges In Hubei Minority Areas From The Perspective Of Stakeholders

The modernization of our country needs not only the compound talents,but also the applied professional and technical talents,Especially for ethnic regions with weak foundation and backward development,cultivating application-oriented professional and technical personnel is not only a simple accumulation of human capital,but also a solid foundation for regional economic growth.With the implementation of a series of strategic plans,such as targeted poverty alleviation through western Development and rural revitalization,the development of vocational colleges in ethnic minority areas has ushered in new opportunities and challenges.In this paper,the characteristic development of Higher Vocational Colleges in Hubei ethnic areas is put forward for research,which has reference value for the continuous reform and innovation of Higher Vocational Colleges in ethnic areas,and has positive practical significance for the overall development of politics,economy and culture in ethnic areas.In this paper,from the perspective of stakeholders,through the interview and analysis of all stakeholders in higher vocational colleges,combined with the regional characteristics and ethnic characteristics of ethnic areas,the characteristics of the development of Higher Vocational Colleges in Hubei ethnic areas are discussed in three aspects.First of all,it discusses the theoretical basis of the characteristic development of Higher Vocational Colleges in Hubei ethnic areas,mainly explains the theoretical origin and main viewpoints of stakeholders,as well as the necessity and feasibility of this theory in this study;Secondly,the author interviewed the current situation of the development of Higher Vocational Colleges in the minority areas of Hubei Province and the stakeholders.Through the analysis,we know that the survival and development of Higher Vocational Colleges in the minority areas are inseparable from the national policy,the support of local government,the recognition of society and the support of parents.Moreover,these groups are inextricably linked with different positions and needs,mutual connection and mutual restriction;Finally,the paper discusses the development direction of Higher Vocational Colleges in the minority areas of Hubei Province from three aspects of government,school and society,First of all,the government needs to build a good platform and external environment,implement the relevant policies given by the state,and promote the reform and development of Vocational Colleges in ethnic areas.Second,as a school,it must seek its own characteristics of development,run colleges with ethnic characteristics,and improve its competitiveness.Finally,the active participation and cooperation of various social organizations will accelerate the development of Vocational Colleges in ethnic areas The process of school reform.
