Deepening the reform of higher vocational education, adapting to the marketdevelopment needs, establishing sound and flexible talent training mode and appliedtechnological talent personnel with training knowledge and skills has become a task of toppriority for the development of higher vocational education. However, with the continuousdevelopment of Chinese higher education and the enrollment expansion of colleges anduniversities, the higher occupation education is confronting unprecedented new situation.It is a common problem that teachers of higher occupation colleges cannot meet theteaching needs and their practical ability is weak, which seriously affects the sustainabledevelopment of college. Therefore, it has the important practical significance of researchon the Motivation of double-competency teacher in higher vocational colleges and itsmeasures.In this thesis, based on the incentive theory and the research status at home andabroad, firstly, from a theoretical point of view, the necessity of double-competencyteachers of higher occupation colleges is analyzed as well as the deficiency of the existingincentive mechanism; the research topic is introduced. Secondly, by means of literatureanalysis, reviewing the relevant literature at home and abroad, further understanding theachievement of scholars study at home and abroad on teacher motivation theory and thelatest developments, analyze the problems and reasons existed on the teacher team, thus tohave a certain sense of cognition on the future development direction of thedouble-competency teachers construction in higher occupation education. Thirdly, usingthe experience summary method, interviewing the double-competency teacher in my owndepartment, reading the relevant file document regarding double-competency teacherconstruction in higher occupation colleges, the first hand data is obtained in the currentoccupation education, thus to know the existing problems and obstacles in the currentdouble-competency teachers incentive mechanism of higher occupation colleges anduniversities. Finally, through case study and empirical analysis, to collect relevant data andinformation for practical analysis and research, taking XX Career Academy as a case forstudy, by investigation and interview, to analyze the problem existing in incentive mechanism of XX Career Academy, combined with the practical situation, based on themotivation theory at home and abroad, to design an incentive mechanism that meet theteacher’s requirement and to construct the incentive mechanism mode of XX CareerAcademy.
