With the deepening of the reform of education system in universities, Qualityeducation has become an important part of higher education system reform. As thenew education theory and practice mode is put forward, it has become one of thefocuses of the physical education workers and the research direction. Universitysports education model has adopt the traditional mode for a long time, they used todevelop students’ physical health and master sports skills as the main form ofteaching, this traditional teaching model ignores students’ personality developmentand the improvement of innovation thinking ability in practice, This is difficult forthe cultivation of the students’ sports ability and the development direction ofstudents physical and mental health, it tied the subjective initiative and enthusiasmof students in a certain extent. So this article on the basis of the traditional sportsteaching mode and put forward the "two-way subject type" teaching mode, so as topromote the sports teaching by "sports technology, skills as the center" to "method,the sports motivation, sports activities and sports experience", the process ofphysical education from authority to pass knowledge to guide students independentlearning, and thus realize the modernization of physical education, democracy, openand lifelong."The two-way subject type" teaching mode of major teaching process is:Incentive subject of teaching,the design of the teachers scene, inspiration, guide thework, the subject of dialectical transformation, the teacher inspired, dynamicevaluation, group practice assessment,communication, guide and master skills,evaluation feedback.Based on central south forestry university of science and technology, logisticsand landscape architecture majors of two classes of80students as the researchobject,using the method of documentary, interview survey, mathematical statisticsmethod, the teaching experimental method, logical analysis, and other researchmethods.By analyzing the experimental results:First,"The two-way subject type"teaching mode in ordinary university public class teaching, the students of sports skills to master and learning motivation is superior to traditional sports teachingform.Second, the "two-way subject type" teaching mode in the ordinary universitypublic physical education teaching, students exercise group cohesion and subjectiveexperience is superior to traditional sports teaching form.Third, the "two-waysubject type" teaching mode in the ordinary university public physical educationteaching, students’ self-confidence and psychological subjective experience issuperior to traditional sports teaching form.The last,"The two-way subject type”teaching mode in the ordinary university public physical education teaching, thestudents’ ability of self expression, improving action demonstration ability,organization ability is superior to the traditional sports teaching form.So we provide college physical education reform and development on the basisof theory and practice by applying "the two-way subject type" teaching mode inphysical education teaching in colleges and universities.
