The university is the base of cultivating professional talents of socialism, the logistics ofcolleges and universities for the development of school teaching, scientific research plays animportant role in security.With the rise of logistics socialization reform in colleges anduniversities in2000, as an important department of university logistics diet service center is oneof the focus of logistics socialization reform in colleges and universities.In the background ofenrollment expansion of colleges and universities and logistics reform further, in view of thecurrent university logistics work in catering services universal service team is not stable, highturnover rate, how to attract, retain and motivate employees, to the greatest extent before dietservice center of colleges and universities is a problem to be solved.Based on H university catering service work as sample, first analyzes the H diet servicecenter of colleges and universities the status quo and existing problems of human resources andthe composition characteristics of current employees to conduct a comprehensive combing, andfrom the Angle of organizational culture and organizational performance, needs an in-depthanalysis of the different characteristics of employees; Then analyze H diet service center at theuniversity of incentive mechanism present situation and the cause of the problem; Finally,construct advanced reasonable diet service center of incentive mechanism system: H universityfrom strengthening material incentives, improve the system of spiritual motivation, establishlong-term incentive mechanism and so on further perfection of H university diet service center ofemployee incentive mechanism, make the center of human capital incentive is more effective andmore timely. On the one hand, trying to build a more advanced reasonable diet service center ofH university staff incentive system; On the other hand, also hope to provide effective referencefor other colleges and universities catering services work.In this paper, from theory to research on the use generally, integral to the case of thinking,the integrated use of the basic theory of human resource management, organizational behavior,etc, the incentive mechanism of food service personnel in colleges and universities, summarizedthe relevant literature and information, and case, analysis and finishing. Using the method ofinterview and questionnaire at the same time, strictly collecting survey data, scientific analysis ofthe results of the survey, in H university diet service center staff demand and satisfaction on thethorough analysis, to build a set of relatively mature design of incentive mechanism. Diet servicecenter of incentive mechanism scheme has good adaptability and feasibility, it effectivelymobilized the masses of staff’s work enthusiasm, is a more suitable for the incentive system ofuniversity logistics diet service center of fine management.
