In recent years,the study abroad service industry has also faced fierce market competition.A large number of study abroad institutions have emerged and the industry is fiercely competitive.The study abroad service essentially provides consumers with visas and school information for studying abroad,so the entry threshold is not high.An important factor in measuring the quality of an enterprise's development is its product sales volume.This requires the company to have a strong market salesperson to introduce the advantages of the product to customers and obtain transactions.However,in different industries,the incentive mechanisms established for sales staff are different.As a result,although some companies have better products,their sales volume cannot be continuously increased.Therefore,sales personnel have an important role in promoting the improvement of corporate performance.Establishing an incentive mechanism for corporate sales personnel is also a very important part of current corporate development and an important basis for improving the competitiveness of enterprises' products and services in the market.For enterprises studying in the service industry abroad,establishing an efficient incentive mechanism for sales staff is a very important factor in market competition.This article takes Jinjilie Overseas Study Service Company as a case,and uses the literature research method,case analysis method and questionnaire survey method to analyze the company's current incentive mechanism for sales staff and its problems.In the research,the theoretical basis of expectation theory,Maslow's demand hierarchy theory and two-factor theory are combined,and the relevant definitions of the incentive mechanism and sales staff are explained.Analyze the organizational structure,current situation of sales staff,and incentive mechanism of sales staff of Jinji Lie Study Service Company.And the questionnaire survey method was used to survey the sales staff's satisfaction with the current incentive mechanism.Based on this,the current status of the remuneration system,training system,and welfare system of the sales staff of Jinjilie Overseas Study Service Company was analyzed.Finally,the in-depth analysis of the problems in the incentive mechanism of the sales staff of Jinji Lie Study Service Co.,Ltd.,including the unreasonable position evaluation indicators leading to unfair salary,a single incentive form,insufficient incentive strength,inadequate incentives for intangible corporate culture,and the company Analysis of the reasons for the inconsistency between the sales goals of the sales staff and the personal goals of the sales staff.Based on the development of Jinjilie Overseas Study Service Company,it puts forward the performance-based optimization of the job evaluation mechanism,the continuous enrichment of incentives,and the increase of incentives for some overseas study projects Measures to strengthen corporate culture training and professional identity training.Through research on the incentive mechanism of sales personnel of Jinjilie Overseas Study Service Company,and put forward optimized plans and countermeasures,the purpose is to promote the company's sales staff to further develop their sales enthusiasm,and to provide reference for the performance improvement of Jinjilie Overseas Study Service Company Enlightenment.
