Tofind the factors of minority college students’ adaptability in the campus is our first problemto help minority college students. This paper attempts to study different factors throughSPSS statistical software to analysis The minority college students campus adaptationquestionnaire; given the participants difference test for adaptation or not two groups tofound the advantageous factors of the minority college campus adaptability; furtheranalysis of the current situation of minority college students to adapt the campus, and makeobjective and subjective reasons analysis; Finally, sum up the proposals andcountermeasures to improve the minority college students’ adaptability.In this paper,366minority college students are the respondents in Beijing and InnerMongolia area, the research of minority university students from campus adaptationquestionnaire as measurement tools. By statistical analysis SPSS19of samples, after sortout the following conclusions: the effects factors of Minority College students Campusadaptation are national integration degree, interpersonal communication, personalityfactors, academic autonomy, academic atmosphere on campus, national self-esteem andfamily economic status, of which the most important is the national harmony degree;Beijing area is more adaptive than the Inner Mongolia area national universities thanordinary universities; adapt to girls than boys he third grade students less adaptation;Liberal arts students and science students adapt more than medical students; each nation toadapt to the situation is different. Discuss the countermeasures for improving the minoritycollege students’ adaptation from the society, school, family and oneself.This research can help to explore the impact of analysis of minority college studentsadapt to problems and improvement of minority students’ adaptability strategies of factors,ethnic minority university students.
