Using the research methods of literature, investigation method, interview method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis on the outdoor sports curriculum resourcesdevelopment and utilization research。Through the development of my province colleges anduniversities outdoor sports curriculum as many resources and utilization status surveyand the results were analyzed, and on this basis to find out the main restricting factors andputs forward the corresponding strategies.The research results show that:（1）Outdoor sports curriculum resources include allavailable material and non-material resources, this paper mainly carries on research anddiscussion from the following aspects: human resources, natural resources, environmental sitecontent resources and social resources（2）Current major factors in Jiangxi University sportcurriculum resources development and utilization have: the establishment of outdoor sportsproject and the particularity of curriculum model; project of university leadership for outdoorsports are not enough to understand the degree of attention and lead to low; lack of venues,facilities and equipment; resources development and utilization level of consciousness isweak; the mastery of professional knowledge of teachers rich enough, lack of professionalskills and teaching experience; perfect social security measures and low resource utilizationetc..（3）According to the analysis of the present situation proposes the use of my provincecolleges and universities outdoor sports curriculum resources development and optimizationstrategy. Final conclusion:Accelerate the process of outdoor sports programs, establish astandard teaching model as soon as possible;Increase the propaganda promotion, and activelyparticipate in the competition to get moreeducation departments and school leaders attachimportance to further development, and improve the colleges and universities in our provincenear the ratio of natural resources,strengthen the relationship between colleges anduniversities, to achieve resource sharing;In the full development and utilization ofenvironmental resources and facilities on campus,enhance the social consciousness ofresources development, and actively strive for the various aspects of the social support, makefull use of all available community resources;Attention to teachers’ continuingeducation, strengthen the teachers’ professional knowledge and skills of learningand training, to provide more exchange platform for teachers, improve teacher’s businessability, and through training to enable the development train of thought to improvethe consciousness of resources development;To enhance safety awareness, to further improvethe safety and security measures.
