Research On The Development Strategy Of Mountain Outdoor Sports Resources In Southwest Guizhou Under The New Development Concept

With the rapid development of economy,people’s living standards have been greatly improved,the enthusiasm of the whole people to participate in outdoor sports is rising,the fitness and leisure industry is developing rapidly,and the scale of outdoor sports industry is gradually expanding.Since the promulgation of a series of important documents in 2014,such as "opinions of the State Council on accelerating the development of sports industry and promoting sports consumption"(Document No.46),"guidance of the general office of the State Council on accelerating the development of fitness and leisure industry"(Document No.77)and "healthy China 2030 planning outline" in 2016,all parts of the country have been competing to organize various outdoor leisure activities,and participated in various activities With more and more people."Outline" clearly pointed out that in the process of developing fitness and leisure industry,we should focus on the development of mountain outdoor sports.The development of mountain outdoor sports resources is the key to the development of mountain outdoor sports industry in Southwest Guizhou.Southwest Guizhou,known as the heart of karst in China,is extremely rich in mountain outdoor sports resources.However,the development of mountain outdoor sports industry does not match the richness of resources.There are some problems in the development of resources in various regions of the prefecture,such as insufficient,unbalanced,single resource development mode,lack of development channels,etc,The industrial market is still in the primary stage of development.Based on the perspective of new development concept,this paper takes the mountain outdoor sports resources in Southwest Guizhou as the research object,and uses the methods of literature review,field investigation,interview and questionnaire survey to investigate and analyze the type characteristics of mountain outdoor sports resources in Southwest Guizhou.The author fully excavates the connection and key elements between the new development concept and the development of mountain outdoor sports resources,discusses the Enlightenment of the new development concept on the development of mountain outdoor sports resources in Southwest Guizhou,specifically analyzes the advantages,current situation and existing problems of the development of mountain outdoor sports resources in Southwest Guizhou,and puts forward the development principles.Taking the development mode of outdoor sports resources in Wanfenglin scenic area of Xingyi City as an example,combined with the relevant theories,this paper puts forward the development mode suitable for the local development characteristics,and finally puts forward the corresponding development strategies according to the problems.
