Subsystem Design And Realization Of Anshan Steel Education And Training Center HR System Based On SAP

With the development of Anshan Steel education and training career,training management also faces the challenge.Training management system is closely related to the business development and information communication of center.System provided advanced technology support and implementation guarantee for center realizing personal office automation based on Web architecture.The training management system of Anshan Steel education and training center is developed by the Information Engineering Department of center,reliability and high efficiency of training management can't be split up with the contribution of the Information Engineering Department.With the diversity of training requirement,the extension of involving areas and the professionalization and the frontier of technology requirement of Anshan Steel staff and workers' training,Managing the training plans,the signing up data,students information,courses and grades becomes more and more important.There were the following problems before this system was used:(1)The signing up data exported from SAP at the beginning of each month can't reflect the signing up requirement of each company in Anshan Steel in a year.There were difficulties in updating students,courses and time data.(2)The data those should be shared between the departments in center were short of consistence and timeliness.(3)Work flow was not distinct enough and examine and approve were not well_timed enough.(4)Multifunctional searching and statistics under the Web mode and showing pages were difficult to achieve.These all inconvenience the center work.This thesis elaborates the subsystem of Anshan Steel education and training center HR system.This subsystem lives up to Students' Archives Management,Audit and Security,Database Backup and Recovery:(1)Students' Archives Management module is importing the staff and workers' signing up information of each subcompany.Querying,updating and deleting trainees' signing up information.(2)Audit and Security module is following the tracks of users' operations and recording and analyzing the users' actions by using the audit function of Oracle database under the consideration of database security.These could protect database and improve the application better.(3)Database Backup and Recovery module is to back up and recover the training management database physically by using RMAN technology,including backing up and recovering the whole database,various files and tablespaces.The Training Management System of Anshan Steel Education and Training Center has been using for some time,the Subsystem elaborated in this article has achieved expectant results,is running in good conditions and received compliments from center leaders and department managers.
