In recent years,with the rapid development of China's economy and the improve ment of the level of per capita income,more and more people have shifted their attenti on from the material aspect to the knowledge level,and the knowledge occupies more and more important position in people's life and work.More people are eager to impro ve themselves and even their children's core competencies through further study.In re cent years,the number of educational institutions in China has been increasing,and th e industry has achieved its own strengthening and improvement.According to relevan t data,our educational institutions are increasing steadily at a rate of 30 per year.After the Nobel laureate Theodor Schulz put forward the theory of human capital,many ec onomists and management scientists believe that human resources are the "first resour ce" for the development of enterprises or organizations.So,in this theory,the demand of educational institutions in human resource management is also soaring,especially t he teachers ' group is the most important.This article takes x education organization as the research object,through the lite rature and the data analysis and so on,takes the teacher competency model as the ben chmark to carry on the research to the X Education organization teacher training prese nt situation.And further combined with the literature data,to find the possible proble ms,the X educational institutions training management system to improve,enhance th e systematic and targeted training.
