The balanced scorecard has been fully developed since invented and have manysuccessful cases in foreign companies, but it is still in the stage of learning andimitation in China, there are many aspects to be discussed and studied. The balancedscorecard is a strategic performance management system and an evaluation system.Now the balanced scorecard has been used in many organizations worldwide andachieved amazing results, and its applications include many kinds of industry. Nowenterprises are facing the intense competition environment, to obtain the successrequires sustained competitive advantage, which depends on the management thinking,a vision of long-term development and effective implementation of corporate strategy.This requires enterprises implement their strategic objectives concretely and give fulldrive of internal aspects to the target.E company is a foreign language training company, it has accumulated a certainbrand reputation and market share, this thesis takes E company as the research objectto analyze the application of Balanced Scorecard performance evaluation system inimproving the performance management status. This thesis analyzes the currentperformance management of E company on the basis of domestic and internationalperformance evaluation theories. It formulates the corresponding performancemanagement system combined with the enterprise’s own situation, starting fromstrategic analysis of the internal and external business environment, beginning withthe enterprise’s mission and vision, making full use of the advantages andopportunities, adjusting the organization structure and resource allocation.This thesis has a certain theoretical and practical significance in improving themanagement capacity and core competitiveness, proving certain reference of theapplication of the balanced scorecard in foreign language training companies.
