As an important part of higher education,higher vocational education has occupied half of the higher education.It aims at cultivating high professional and highly skilled compound talents.The important carrier of this goal is teachers' initiative and creativity.The private higher vocational education pays more attention to the input and output of teaching because of the nature of school running,the level of source of students and the source of funding for running a school,and the important influence factors of the scientific and reasonable sustainable development of the private higher vocational colleges.S college is a private full-time higher vocational college.In recent years,S college has gradually transformed into the construction of connotative brand on the basis of existing basic resources,such as the scale of students,teaching equipment,software and other basic resources.However,the purpose of the teacher performance assessment is not clear,the weight of the index is not reasonably formulated,the form of assessment is light and the content is not well combined with the development strategy of the college.These problems have seriously affected the enthusiasm of the teachers,the quality of teaching is discounted,and the current problems of the performance assessment of the teachers in S college are already serious.It restricts the good development of the college.This paper makes use of the Balanced Scorecard to analyze the present situation and existing problems of teachers' performance assessment in S college.According to the practical development of the college,according to the design steps of the balanced scorecard,the paper reconstructs the performance evaluation index system of the teachers of S College from four dimensions of financial,customer,internal process,learning and growth.First,draw up the college strategic map,clarify the relationship between the four dimensions of the balanced scorecard,and determine the teacher's balanced scorecard.Secondly,through the questionnaire survey,180 valid questionnaires were collected,and the Delphy method was used and the experts back to back scores were used to draw up 8 first grade and 18 two grade indexes of the performance assessment of S college teachers;and the analytic hierarchy process was used to determine the weight of each index of the teachers in S college,and the model of performance evaluation index system was given.For example,the reconstruction of the teacher performance appraisal index system is in line with the current strategic objectives of the S Institute.Finally,suggestions are put forward for the implementation of S teachers' performance appraisal from the perspectives of ideas,systems,organizations and personnel.
