This research uses thefeasibility study analysis method, using the new case about existing feasibility study,draw useful results of them, from aspects of theory and application to make deepresearch study of Vocational Education Park prediction technology and economicbenefit analysis method. And this paper take a Vocational Education Park in Tian Jinas an example, analyze location of the park, construction condition, implementationplan, investment estimation and fund raising, environment evaluation, financialevaluation and social influence, from multiple angles demonstrates project feasibility,and puts forward some suggestions for specific construction projects.Through the above analysis, the article finally draws the feasibility of the project:the construction project of vocational education to promote development of TianjinTianjin vocational education, meet the demand of vocational technical talent, bringsgood economic benefit, environmental benefit and social benefit,。above all, thisproject has the feasibility of the conclusion.
