The school-running model of vocational education group management is a combination of enterprises,governments,schools,industry associations and other forces to improve the quality of vocational education,mutual help and mutual benefit,and enjoy the teaching results.Introducing vocational education group education into the special area of the county,It is necessary.to overcome the shortcomings of the county’s vocational education,such as weak strength and weak strength.Improve the emphasis on vocational education in the county,enhance the quality of vocational education in the county,and increase the gold content of vocational education in the county;At the same time,county vocational education is the most closely related form of education with the county economy.The development of county-level vocational education is conducive to promoting the development of county-level human resources,promoting the development of local characteristic industries,and ultimately promoting the sustainable development of county-level economy.The paper first introduces the current situation of vocational education development in five counties of Nanning,and then conducts a questionnaire survey on the teachers and students of the school to deeply analyze the current status and existing problems of the current county vocational colleges;Secondly,based on the feasibility theory,through the analysis of social feasibility,policy background and successful experience,And the feasibility of the needs of student teachers,In addition,it analyzes the current possibility and objective necessity of carrying out county vocational education.I have come up with the problems that may be encountered in the current county-level vocational education group-run school.Finally,based on this,the optimization strategies are proposed from the internal and external levels.The internal level is mainly to improve understanding,identify their own positioning,learn from each other’s strengths,improve curriculum design,stimulate students’interest,strengthen exchanges and cooperation among teachers,enhance the strength of teachers,and at the same time determine the development direction of the county’s economic development characteristics.,employment and other aspects of mutual integration and common development;At the ministerial level,the government is required to provide corresponding policy support to improve the industry’s attention and support for county vocational education and to strengthen the public effect of social education.
