The Research On The Development Of Rural Sports Culture And Its Strategy In Rizhao

Push forward the development of urban-rural integration and building of new socialist countryside with Chinese characteristics are the key to building a harmonious society, and sports culture undertaking is the primary issue of new rural construction. Therefore, in this paper, the author investigates and analyzes development status, influencing factors, and countermeasures from the perspective of current situation of the development of sports culture in Rizhao with the method of literature data, questionnaire survey, interview, data statistics, comparative analysis, logical reasoning and other scientific methods by taking 678 ordinary people who take participate in the survey and 22 experts and leaders of sports culture as examples. Main conclusions are: major site facilities of the stadiums in the countryside of Rizhao are generally satisfied, mainly including venues for chess activities, swimming beaches, beach sites, open spaces and fitness trail sites, followed by basketball courts, small open-air stadiums, open-air croquet venues as well as track and field grounds; major sports facilities and equipment are also generally satisfied, mainly including small balls, rackets and big three(football, basketball, volleyball), fitness equipment, followed by fitness dumbbells, skipping ropes and fitness mats; major stadiums are relatively unsatisfied, mainly including venue for small balls, swimming pool complex, fitness and entertainment venues, followed by boxing weightlifting halls, croquet stadiums and basketball venues; the major sports marks are relatively unsatisfied, mainly including sports brand markers and sports statues; the major sports promotional items are generally satisfied, among which, the main sports publicity includes sports advertising, sports video publicity, and sports leaflets, followed by sports posters and sports billboards; the major sports photography and camera overall are quite satisfactory, which mainly focuses on mobile phone photographing, followed by sports video photography, sports photography with phone, and taking photos with a camera; besides, the patriotism of sports in the countryside of Rizhao is recognized to be very important, all of the local people stress on the spirit of patriotism including national honor and dreams, international status in the world and national interests; the sports heroism is widely recognized, that is, the local people generally agree that it is important to dare to victory, brave to struggle, and have positive attitude to frustration or sacrifice; and optimistic and confident spirit of sport are widely recognized, the local people all agree that self-reliance, self-confident, self-esteem and optimistic spirit of sport are very important; meanwhile, they all hold that the sporting spirit of fair competition is quite important, namely, competition, fairness, innovation and rules awareness; teamwork in sports is also widely recognized, the local people all agree that collaboration awareness, respect for individual differences and the pursuit of common development are very important in team sports; practical rational spirit in sports is widely recognized, all of the local people agree that the rational attitude, rational consciousness, rational philosophy and rational concepts are very important; the ethics of sports is widely recognized, specifically, the local people all agree that moral cultivation, moral principles, moral rules, moral choice and moral realm of sportsmanship are more important; moreover, the relevant sports system in the countryside of Rizhao is considered to be important, mainly including National Health Regulations of Shandong Province, Regulation on Public Cultural and Sports Facilities and Sports Law, followed by Shandong Sports Regulations, Measures for the Protection of Shandong Sports Facilities and Techniques Hierarchy of Social Sports Instructors; the learning of sports knowledge in the process of the compulsory education is important, mainly including practical knowledge and protective knowledge of sports, followed by sports safety knowledge, conventional knowledge and theoretical knowledge of sports; the main motivations of participating in sports of rural farmers in Rizhao are to improve health, enrich daily life, alleviate stress, pass the time for entertainment, adjust emotion, make friends, hone will, accompany the families, and rehabilitate, besides, they are also impelled by interests and habits; and the major sports projects are swimming, jogging, brisk and slow walking projects, marine sports, beach sports, small ball projects, mountaineering sports, square dance projects, big three projects, cycling projects, and martial arts programs; the main factors affecting the development of rural sports in Rizhao consist of “economic factors”, “government action factors”, “personal level factors”, “input factors for safeguarding material basis”, “cultural life factors”, “social dynamic factors” and “social value factors”. In this paper, the author suggests that introducing sports and cultural elements in the countryside of Rizhao is the foundation and core of sports and cultural development; the local economy in Rizhao shall be developed in order to offer more funds for the construction of sports culture; government behavior shall be standardized in order to promote the development of local sports culture; the personal comprehensive level shall be improved to promote the development of sports culture sunshine; and social function and influence of sports culture shall be strengthened to promote the development of sports culture in Rizhao.
