With the continuous development of information technology, human society has full access to the information age as the main characteristics of the network.E-learning is infiltrating our lives at an unprecedented rate and changing our traditional way of learning. The emergence of distance education subverts the traditional way to study and make national education and lifelong education possible. Distance education provides a chance that learner can conduct selective learning autonomously rather than the traditional pattern of teacher teaching and student learning.It meets the people’s need that lifelong education and provides several opportunities for them. With the rapid development of Internet and communication technology, e-learning becomes a current study method of learners as advantages that it’s not restricted to space-time and to build knowledge using information resources. E-learning has been a hot area of research for general education workers.Personal ability alone is difficult to achieve the desired effect when they learn something online, so people often turn to others. However,according to our survey found that although a lot of online learning communities’ function is plentiful, the stable number of learners and activeness of community are undesirable actually.Such as not lasting to attract learners, the loyalty and participation of learners being not active, learning atmosphere and community culture being not strong and the lack of good effect, etc. QQ group(A free instant messaging software based on Internet developed by Shenzhen tencent computer communications company)generally becomes a highly efficient learning communication tool for its communication without being limited by the space and time, convenience for resource sharing and diverse way to communication etc. The learning QQ group provides learners a good platform for mutual assistance.In this paper,we refer to the related literature in and abroad to understand the development and current situation of the e-tutoring.Then we summarize the related remote teaching theory, including distance learning circle theory, interaction theory of distance learning, informal learning theory and theory of online teaching.On the basis of the corresponding index system, we have conducted an overall investigation and case investigation of QQ group and has collected the relevant data for 20 weeks.Through data analysis and comparison, we come up with new ideas and suggestions by summarizing the situation of learning QQ group activeness and comparison the enhancement method of QQ group activeness.In this paper, we have searched,sorted,classified and analyzed popular technological QQ group which include types of Android, Java, IOS and C++. In order to have a more comprehensive understanding for overall situation of above four types QQ groups’ activeness,we have investigated overall situation and four specified QQ groups which has large number members under each kind.The conclusions through the analysis as follows. Firstly, the indicators such as the number of active members or joining members of Java group and C++ group in which there are many high level members who willing to participate in the discussion of various problems are 3~4 times more than Android group and IOS group in which atmosphere is inactive.The number of exit and diving members of Java group and C++ group is only about 30% of the latter.Secondly,the coaching in the learning QQ group is built on the basis of information exchange and it’s effect depends entirely on the willing of the individual. The questioner and respondents no rights and obligations relations,so the non-binding environment lead to the result that various indicators of QQ group are not ideal.For example,the number of exit members and advertiser are large.The number of join number of Android group which lack of management is only about 5% of Java group. Thirdly, those QQ groups are easy to fall into liberal "chat" state, which makes some persons who joins QQ group for what orders that solving doubt feel irritable, eventually block or exit the QQ group.Because the QQ group is essentially an information sharing tool, its application in the field of study has certain limitations.The effect of means of activeness enhancement in QQ group is limited. We discuss and analyze the exploration of activeness enhancement patterns of QQ group and think deeply about worthy of reference.Then we try to consider ways from the perspective of the third party system assistance.The members can share information between the third party system and QQ group.They will abandon the study form that seeking help blindly. blindly seek help form of learning.The members can use the third party system to get more targeted, more reliable and more efficient assistance about technology. The third party system is a functional complement for learning QQ group and it will make the original learning characteristics of the QQ group more obvious and more professional.Through eliminating some communication disorders of inactive members,the third party system will reduce the cost of interaction among members and enhance the activeness and value of QQ group.
