Core strength training is nearly 10 years in the swimming in the field mentioned one of the training means the most, our country is in this project training from learning----beyond imitation innovation after 10 long years, with China’s rise on the world swimming swimming, core strength training has become a common training methods for each provinces and cities team. Come out in front the four districts of Beijing amateur sports school in the entire city of Beijing swimming, especially in Haidian District, Dongcheng District, are swimming programme at the twelfth and the thirteenth Beijing Games champion team. So the overall level of training, the top level of four sports school basic may represent the entire city of Beijing all amateur sports school.Here, this article uses the literature material law, the questionnaire survey method, expert interview method, data analysis and tracking observation conducted a detailed investigation, summarizes the application of core strength training in the four districts of Beijing amateur sports school in the 9-14 age group training; because 9-14 years across the two age groups, there are in the training idea, training load, training of the specific methods and means of these aspects, through the comparison of data are compared and analyzed, and got the following conclusions:1. The four districts of Beijing amateur sports school coaches to understand the core strength "of the word, a basic understanding of:on the waist, abdominal and back muscle strength training, and for the entire core strength training held very high support degree.2. The main idea of training 2 age group of 9-12 players and 13-14 players of the same age group, the average in all coaches in the survey to improve the torso strength reached a very important (average 5.29, the highest value is 6) degree, the second is to improve the stability and harmony of the body (average 4.38) reach the more important degree. This concept has run through the whole training in the concept, and along the specific direction for further development.3. In 3 aspects:the overall training load exercise load in 13-14 age group of larger, because the athletes with physical quality and the function has changed, the training quantity and intensity improves accordingly. The 13-14 age group athletes training more than 9-12 years old athletes, the number and time of each specific practice methods are more than the 9-12 age group athletes, so in the body muscle stimulation to deeper and stronger.4. in respect of the training means and methods:four sports equipment utilization rate did not reach ideal standards, influenced by various factors such as:the site environment and layout, financial problems and effect, less equipment, so training method is relatively simple, basic exercise more, lack of the innovation training. Due to equipment shortages, core training contents freehand comparison is rich and reasonable, and the training of more comprehensive, targeted. Especially in each age group training, the training methods of different age group also has its own emphasis.
